He put his business on groupon and then refused to accept the groupon voucher because it was not good for his business....what does that have to do with the paying customer? Definitely not a way to get full paying clients. I even told him i have no problem with paying full price but I guess because I asked about my refund for the voucher, he canceled my appointment. This can’t be good for business either. My groupon expires Dec 31, but because he took his business off of the site, he feels he should not honor the groupon. That’s HORRIBLE business! I paid for the voucher which means that he has been compensated also, but his only solution was “you should be able to have it refunded.” No, you should honor it and have me to pay the difference or something.
