So many options to from. The pumpkin cheesecake is to die for. They also have the best vegan glazed donuts.

Their staff is really rude, which I get it, seems to be the deal everywhere nowadays!!! I only walk in for a few minutes. But my issue is that 4/6 times I have been here I have missed a pastry, but not the charge for it. Disappointing when going home and trying to get something for everyone and then we have to share because something is missing.
Last time I was here I was trying to make sure i had everything, but they kept rushing me, I was the only person in the store and I had 6 employees in front of me. What’s the rush and the attitude for?! On top of the order not being correct again and they were upset they had to get a bigger box?! What fault of this is mine???
You sell desert! One of the most fun jobs out there, enjoy it! y’all are so young to be so “frustrated” with life!
That attitude won’t have me come back. Keep it to your own miserable lives and then wonder why it’s awful, it’s the karma!
Will never come to this cold bakery again, came to get a cupcake for my doggie for her last treat , she’s being euthanized today and this attendant was heartless. Didn’t offer condolences, nothing . She slid the cupcake to me like I wasn’t a paying customer , Would throw this cupcake back if her appointment wasn’t at 4:30. Classless , glad it was only $4 . Should’ve went to Harris teeter .

We tried the vegan Texas donut it is so big and delicious!! I love the creativity of the donut hole in the bigger donut. It’s not fully vegan and that’s the only item I’ve tried so far so 3 stars! I definitely want to go back and try more!! There’s a good amount of vegan options. Want to try the Apple fritter will but it’s kinda small not bad for $2.50.
I ordered a same day cake online and put in the notes I'd arrive around 5:30... I did not check the hours to see that they closed at 5 and the team kindly gave me a call to let me know. I was able to scoot over there quickly and made it right before closing!! Grateful for the proactive communication. The cake was decorated as requested, and was a great hit! Thanks so much :)
We cannot say enough amazing things about Suarez! Instead of one traditional cake, we had the idea to pass out 10 individual cakes at our wedding—one for each table—and not only did they make it happen, they absolutely blew us away.
Each cake was unique, beautifully decorated, and most importantly, unbelievably delicious. Our guests were floored—not just by the presentation, but by how good every single one was. It turned into such a fun and interactive moment during the reception, with guests trading slices between tables and raving about their favorites. It brought people together in such a sweet and unexpected way.
The quality, creativity, and love that went into each cake was so clear. This wasn’t just dessert—it was an experience. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond and can turn your wildest cake dreams into reality, THIS is the baker for you. Total 5 stars and then some!

Nice little bakery, stopped in on a Sunday morning to try it out. Lots of pretty cookies, cakes and donuts to choose from.
Chose a few donuts and a cheesecake to try. Everything was fresh and delicious. Ladies at the counter were nice.
I have been to this location several times and it’s always good but today I took guest from out of town , was so embarrassed I Bought 2 Horns I called they back to let them know she said oh they are all fresh today but I can tell they are days old could not even bite them or cut them hard as a rock filling starting to change color from pure white to a dirty white , my 12 donut holes STALE !!! I called the girl said they were fresh this morning. There’s no way they’re fresh. I bought there many many times this is the worst ever will not be returning. I know times are hard and you wanna keep pastry longer that doesn’t sell, but that isn’t professional
I ordered a custom cake for my going away party and it was SO good! I was impressed with the ease of ordering, the options of design/colors, and the great customer service. We all couldn't stop talking about how good the cake was, too. It was sweet, but not overbearing where your mouth is all tingly, the cake was light but didn't crumble and fall apart when you cut it, and it was huge for paying $60! I seriously couldn't shut up about my cake and I miss it already. I couldn't recommend a custom cake from Suarez more!
The Easter cookies (sugar cookie with m&m's) were amazing! Pastries never disappoint, but staff isn't very pleasant.

Consistently blown away by the incredible cakes and treats! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
This is my go-to bakery for ordering birthday cakes and treats! The online ordering process is super simple and they offer a wide variety of design choices and colors. I recently ordered the 10” vanilla diplomat cake in confetti drip and the “two sweet” sugar cookies for my daughter’s birthday party. Both were beautiful and our guests kept asking us where we got the cake and cookies from. We will definitely be using Suárez again for our next event.
My wife and I walked in. No one greeted us. Walk up to the counter, no one said hello nothing.
The red velvet bites were VERY dry along with the other donut we bought.
We will never visit this location again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worse.

I need to express my disappointment with my visit to this bakery in Charlotte. Despite the positive reviews that drew me in, my experience did not live up to expectations.
First, let me acknowledge that the atmosphere is lovely. It has that nostalgic feel reminiscent of old-school bakeries or Krispy Kreme for those familiar with North Carolina. The setup is inviting, and the visuals of the delicacies are indeed impressive. However, this is where the positives end.
While I hoped that navigating the poorly designed parking lot would be the worst part, I was unfortunately mistaken. As someone with a dairy allergy, I specifically sought out places with vegan options, only to be met with disappointment.
They have a chalkboard indicating vegan options, but when I inquired about the sugar cookies, the staff member behind the counter rolled her eyes and gave me a dismissive “duh” look. The reviews suggested a variety of options, so I expected more than just the sugar cookies.
The only other vegan offering was a ginger oatmeal cookie with a texture that resembled Crumbl cookies—hard yet oddly chewy. While it had flavor, it left me feeling unsatisfied.
After driving 20 minutes out of my way, I felt it was a complete waste of time. I may consider giving this place another chance, but I cannot recommend it to anyone with allergy restrictions. Save your time and seek out better options.
Dietary restrictions: Read the signs. The staff are not very helpful in discernment.
Parking: Very well trafficked area!
