This Subway is operated by an older couple who most likely owners of this franchise. They have no clue of how to treat the customers, extremely rude, no skills to make the sandwich and they have issues taking simple instructions. The stare at you when you ask for extra sauces/veggies. I'm surprised they are still open with so many bad reviews.

login to subway.com select this location, Big banner pops up for a bogo deal. select it waste all the time adding to cart, checking out, paying for it. Then walk there and find this location just to be told they do not participate. They canceled the order but did not refund the money or offer any other solution. Very rude!! Call and verify before going all the way to the deepest parts of the earth to visit this location

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a footlong online with specific instructions to have it toasted and packed separately. When I arrived to pick up my order, I asked the older gentleman behind the counter if the sandwich had been toasted and packed according to my instructions. Unfortunately, he didn’t understand English well and seemed confused by my request. I tried explaining, but instead of helping, he began arguing that the instructions weren’t clear and that they didn’t follow them because of that.

Things escalated when he grabbed the bag from my hands, tore it open, and started showing me the bills in a defensive manner. I calmly told him this wasn’t an appropriate way to treat customers, but he simply told me not to come back. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I felt like my concerns were completely dismissed.

As much as I wanted to be patient with him, due to his age, the lack of respect for customers and the rude behavior were unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Rude and arrogant staff. Small portions. They just rush without listening so that they can make profit. This location should be your last option. Very stingy to add veggie and sauces including salt & pepper.

Extremely rude staff. They don't honor their own discounts online and cancel your order when you arrive instead of telling you right away. They could care less to get your business so I could care less to give them mine. Plenty of other places to give my business to over these people.

A very clean Subway and the owners are the sweetest people. I have been going to this location for 2 years now and they consider me a regular. Always very sweet - honestly some of the best Subway sandwiches I've had as well.

Pros: Location was very clean and the wait was acceptable for lunch rush. Cashier, (older gentleman) was very friendly.Cons: I've never been made to feel like I was stealing a sandwich by asking for ingredients until now. I received a few scowls, disgusted looks, and a look back at the menu just by answering what ingredients I wanted. I guess I was just supposed to have said a menu number and not modify anything or build my own? I remained cordial and just moved on. The sandwich fell well short of the level of expectation normally set at many other subways in terms of substance. It's a shame because the resturant is in a prime location.

This place is disgusting the Hispanic 50s looks as if states he is the owner I ordered on the app he refused to give me a refund or make my order he was very rude proceeded to call the cops and lock the door DO NOT GO HERE

Kindly refrain from visiting this place. Terrible customer experience. Manager and staff were unfriendly and rude. They don't have cups for water. Vending machine was broken and mop stick was lying around next to the broken vending machine. Disgusted.

To be honest this was probably the most fresh subway sandwich I've had yet. the two Indian folk serving here were also nice and it's a pretty quiet location located beneath the wells fargo
