While they don't participate in any promotions, I get it, this is a franchise store. Every time I order with the app they make it exactly how I want it. They do need to update their pricing though. The veggie delight still shows $7.99 on their board but you get charged $8.25. And they don't have cups for water.
The customer service is amazing! I had a ham and cheese sub and it was so fresh. Biting into freshly baked bread took it to the next level. Not to mention the oatmeal cookies! It’s like your grandma baked them. They are baked to perfection with a little crunch on the edge and a delicate middle. It’s nice walking into a restaurant that proudly serves its guests….not customers….as that is how you are treated. Prices are great and it’s very clean. They go above and beyond....
I've noticed many of the negative comments have to do with the store not accepting coupons or participating in promotions. They have a sign on the door that says they do not accept coupons or participate in promotions. The business owner decides that, and, as the business owner, that is his perogative. I've been going here for years. The restaurant is always clean, the workers are helpful when you have questions, and the food has been great every time. If you are looking...
