Service was amazing but I'm giving it a one star because the manager didn't wanna take my coupon that was not expired. The subway is able to take coupons, but the manager himself made a decision to not take it.

I go online to get my food delivered and as I’m processing the payment the website goes into error but subway still charged my card $20.17 so I call the restaurant 10+ to confirm they received my order no one answers so I go up to the store it’s 2 boys in there with the worst attitude “oh well it’s not in our system we don’t deliver call customer support cause it not our problem” I mean what do I got to do to get some service call the police Abil told me to call the police so I did I asked Abil how to spell his name and he responded by saying “it’s not my fault you’re illiterate” Let’s be clear I called customer care and it goes thru its automated message about gift cards and it hangs up I’m an upset customer that was looking to get my sandwich and lil chips delivered my card gets charged without any confirmation and instead of just being able to reach someone on the phone I have to stop my night to go up to the store and get the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE! I graduated when I was 16 I have 10 years of customer service experience and I work under the IRS I don’t even have to leave my house to make my money but I have to go out to see about some food that was suppose to be delivered only to get called illiterate by a racist subway worker that doesn’t even know who he’s talking to forreal it really upset me how I was treated at this Eastway location instead of just picking up the phone or giving me my food or even just letting me know hey it was an error on the website you should be receiving a refund and I can have management reach out to you all yall can say is its subways website but make it make sense yall are subway and if yall don’t offer delivery then why is it on yall website how can you charge someone and can’t look it up that’s crazy to me I have way better things to do then to get off on a sandwich n chips n if I knew it was going to be hassle I would’ve save my lil $20 for something way better then subway literally ruined my whole night

These people suck especially the chubby Hispanic girl that was there at 11 am today. They lack customer service and communication skills. We weren’t acknowledged until my boyfriend greeted them which was after waiting about 5 minutes of us looking at them. Then they didn’t have white bread available so I said Italian herbs & cheese was fine , but it was burnt! We then opt for something else. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Review would have been a 5 had it not been for the vulgar music being played over the speakers. I asked if the music was Subway's playlist and was told by the nice young man who prepared my sandwich, "No, it's one of the guy's bluetooth." Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip although I initially planned to do so.

Twice since last week in May, I went to this subway location. The same young lady behind counter sneeze. She turns her head to the side, doesn't she know sneeze spread outward into the air? Her fellow colleagues should insist she ware a mask. I will not be going back.

5 May 2024 (Weekend) - read below for the following weekend. Same thing.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!There is a BOGO, online deal going on, but Drew, the owner, does not want to participate. This is a SUBWAY wide promo special and he chooses not to allow the special. So he shows all items as being OUT OF STOCK, so that you cannot order on line and get the buy one get one free deal. All the other stores are doing this, so why is this store not participating. I will NEVER come back to this store again.Not only that, his Diet Coke fountain drink has been out for atleast 3 weeks.The time prior to this, the store had no wheat bread, no cheddar cheese and the tuna was soupy.IF YOU CANNOT OPERATE THE STORE AND MEET THE SUBWAY STANDARD....GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS DREW!!!!!Pathetic!!!11 MAY 2024 (Weekend)2nd weekend in a row.Ok, again, the owner of this store IS NOT HONORING THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE AGAIN. Just walked in to an employee eating and telling co workers it was “dead yesterday” she asked what kind of bread I wanted and told me the bread was a day old. Would have to wait 30 mins for fresh bread. Mind you it’s 1130. Walked right on out

So I go into this subway, and loud music playing dont get me wrong. I love music and rap, but when the song has a lot of cursing, it's not so good. The staff was pleasant young lady makes my sandwich charged and extra 3 dollars because I wanted 2 meats no problem but I would like to see it on my sandwich it was the skimpyest sandwich I had ever seen. I get a better sandwich at Harris Teeter. Then I watched a young lady with purple hair come from outside hugging another employee who did not even wash her hands. I won't go back.

The app sucks don’t know why they are asking me for a review from a place I never got my food from. I placed an order in the app, it told me it was unable to process my order but still took the money (which was my last until the next morning) and I had to wait 2 days for my money to be released back to me
