I ordered a sandwich at 7:30, it said delivery would arrive at 8:43, then at 9:26, what kind of Subway is this, they charge $10 for delivery that takes 2 and a half hours, damn it, if they don't have delivery available I don't know why they don't say, what kind of people are they?

Just wanted to use my app for the first time and couldn't get it to work and so I went inside to get help from an associate with no one willing to help me figure it out. Needless to say I have not bought a Sub or used the app.

Wish could give no stars. We always order on the app sometimes we have 45.00 worth of food. Every time we get food from this store there is always something wrong. They can never get everything right on an order. Filed complaint and owner couldn’t be bothered to say sorry. Wanted refund and haven’t gotten it yet. Filed with the BBB and she can’t even respond to it. Francis is her name and she obviously knows how bad it is especially from all the other bad reviews. Also I love how if there is a BOGO going on they conveniently don’t have any footlongs. Even thought they bake them there in the store.

One of the worst services I have ever got from any Subway till now. The person who was in charge was not ready to even accept our order as we ordered 8 Foot long sub’s in one order. When we asked if we can split into two orders with 4 each he was ready to do only if we give him a tip in cash. When we said we will add tip through the card payment he straightaway said he cannot give us the food. We immediately went to the nearby sub in Walmart where they gave us the entire order in just 15 min. Don’t ever go to this location.

Service was Horrible usually our experience is great with a different crew, but there are two young boys we got today customer service was Trash, demeanor was very dry and distasteful like my sandwich I received. We usually leave tips but this was not tipping quality. I didn’t know it was that hard to make a veggie sandwich seeing how we are both vegetarian the store need to do better with hiring workers that actually care about a customer and their food they are preparing I will not be coming back to this location ever again they have loss two great customers

I hate to say it but we did not eat fresh! I’m vegetarian so I expected better. Especially from Subway. My gf and I both got foot longs and drinks. Had them both cut in 3’s took a few bites of the first one and threw them all away. People don’t even wear hair nets and hair be everywhere! Flies were flying around the toppings and atmosphere was filthy. I don’t even know why we bothered but we try to give people a chance and today just did it for us! Might I add the sandwiches were sloppy! Good luck to whoever eats here smfh.

Back in the day shac was a name everyone in Grier Town knew. he was a top figure in the hood, someone who held real weight and respect. Whether you knew him personally or just by reputation, it was clear how he moved
To see where he is now, doing better and pushing forward in a more positive direction, it honestly makes me proud. We’ve seen too many get stuck or fade out, but shac changed lanes and elevated. Much respect to him
