Staff & food are always great! The only knock I have on this Subway shop is it's location. It's in a small strip in a corner off a roundabout with a Starbucks drive thru which can make it very difficult to access if you go at the wrong time because the line for the Starbucks will be monopolizing the entrance to the area where this store is.

$9.19 for a salad that barely covers the bottom of the bowl! Some of the lettuce brown but employee continued to scrape out what was left in the bottom of their tub rather than go get a new container. Can go to Chopt or Yafo for a couple of dollars more. Won’t be back.

Terrible service, not coming back ever again.
Rude staff and like many other reviews have stated they are price gauging by adding additional fees and not accepting coupons. I will not return to this location.

I have ordered here multiple times since I work so close and the bread is ALWAYS hard and stale. I have never been a big subway fan but the other location In Cotswold is a night and day difference.

The Mexican lady making my sub for two days acted like she had a problem with me on how I order my sub, as in rolling her eyes and giving me a ugly look. She really made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The second day I went back with a coupon and the same lady gave me more attitude like she didn't like the way I was ordering my sub. And when went to check out, they have a scanner to scan coupons and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't take coupons. So not only did they waste a sub because I did not pay for it considering I didn't have enough. But they also lost business from me permanently. I am huge subway fan and the coupons are the only reason why I go to subway. So because of all of that. Harris teeter has my forever business for their very fresh subs. I have eaten at subway all my life on the regular basis and I have never had an employee make me feel like I wasn't welcome there. Hire better employees and accept coupons because I won't go to your subway if you don't accept them. And ultimately you loose more money when you try to make more money off a sub.

I will say I placed an online order while in the store during a slow time so I was able to show them how to make them to our liking since we ordered just veggie sandwiches and I don’t usually order from here so wanted to make sure we got it right. When I asked for more olives or less peppers etc they told me when I make the order online that’s how it should be made, which I thought was a little bit silly esp since I am the one eating it and I wanted more olives and had put that on the order. Anyway, The lady I think couldn’t speak English because he had to translate. Although the ingredients did seem fresh and they did seem friendly, the toppings were slightly skimpy for the simple fact we did order footlongs and are both vegetarian so we rely mainly on vegetables. Even if it was for a regular sandwich not much lettuce as given at all. I was craving subway because I hadn’t been in a minute and had been eating sandwiches at other places so I decided to give it a try with the veggie diet and it wasn’t as great as I hope with the lack of lettuce and items they placed on it. Also when I asked for extra (olives) they complained to me for asking. Probably will try again but won’t be my first choice?? Sandwich was too bare and tasted a lot of bread every bite. I asked for lite oil and salt and pepper and seasoning but no seasoning or salt pepper were added which is fine I will add my own. Very lackluster experience. Also they were about to put some very wilted spinach on my sandwich which I asked for them to remove as it looked like it had gone bad. You always should sift out those bad pieces. In conclusion, veggie sandwiches should always have ample veggies since there is no meat and and extra when requested. We did not receive extra lettuce as ordered and a very scant basic amount of toppings at best compared to what I am used to.

This Subway location I visited had shockingly rude staff who seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. The service was painfully slow and disorganized, making the whole experience frustrating. I won’t be coming back and don't recommend it to my friends or family members.

For some odd reason this place does not take coupons. Had a coupon for a foot long meal and the cashier said they didn’t take coupons here. What subway does not take coupons?
Ordered a Veggie Delite Sandwich and asked for lots of onions and the lady tells me I have to pay extra. I had asked for only 4 veggies on my Veggie sandwich. Last time I had ordered online and they missed 1 of the 4 veggies I had ordered. The lady working there is lazy and rude and acts as if she is doing us all a favor by making the sandwich.

THEIR FLOOR IS LITERALLY RIPPING UP AND TRIPPED ME AND THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE AT ALL before i could ask for anything to be done he literally said “I know nothing I can do” he has a wet floor sign out that is doing nothing for the 8+ tiles that is messed up he’s lucky I didn’t fully fall!! I wanna speak to the owner next!!
