Ordered online FTL a week ago. Extra green pepper, extra olive and extra onions supposed to mean more than regular, however it was not even regular sub, not even close. Made a mistake by giving them another chance today, ordered 2 footlongs, same issue. That’s unacceptable, stay away from that place.

I ordered a 6-in turkey sandwich. He gave me the smallest amount of everything! And when I asked for anything extra he wanted me to pay for it... even the black pepper and mayonnaise he wanted me to pay $25 extra for it. My worst experience at a Subway shop. I see why he has a 2.9 score on his review I should have checked that first

I ordered online a simple ham and cheese 6 inch toasted. Instead it came with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo after I specifically said NO to those! I top of that they won’t pick up the phone AT ALL and I almost slipped on several large puddles when picking up my food!
Simply put this is the best place on planet earth for a sandwhich. The bread- toasty, warm, and soft. The turkey- flavorful and delicious. The cheese- gooey and tasteful. The lettuce- crisp and fresh

The app used to not show this subway as participating in promotions and they probably lost business due to that. Now it "says" participating in the BOGO offer but whenever the offer is there it will not let you order a foot long. You can order a six inch but that's not buy one get one. I assume the store has blocked ordering a foot long but says they are accepting coupons so they stay on the list where you can order.
