Was given the wrong cookies. There was supposed to be: 2 White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, and 2 Chocolate, Chocolate Chip. I ordered 0 Chocolate Chip cookies.

I really dislike that this subway doesn’t honor deals that you see on tv or in the app. For example, they currently have $6.99 meal deal for 6inch sub, drink, and chips on app and running on TV. I was told that the owner is not running that special at this location. However, Subway app has this location as a participating location. This has happened several times with different deals that I’m told that this location doesn’t honor.

This Subway requires you to ask for more of everything. They will put on 3 tomato slices on a foot long that only cover 6” of the sub and then look at you like you’re crazy for asking for enough tomato to cover the $10.00 turkey sandwich you’re paying for. They skimp on all ingredients and act like it comes out of their own pocket when making a sandwich. Do not recommend. Not only that but their inconsistent hours and +1 vegetable they give you when you ask for more are disgusting and not worth your money. I would also not trust ordering food to pick up from here or you’ll be severely disappointed in the quality and rationed portions you pay a premium price for.

Go to Jimmy John’s, Potbelly, hell, even 7-11 around the corner for a bite to eat over this establishment.

The few times I’ve ordered on the app to pick up, my sandwich is never toasted, even though I marked the toasted option AND specified in the comments to toast the sandwich. I think my last straw is the fact that anytime Subway has a nationwide deal, this location refuses to be a participating location. I’ll pay full price elsewhere before this garbage experience.

I asked for honey mustard they put regular. I asked for my sandwich toasted they didn't toast it. one day they were doing the 6.99 deal, guess they couldn't handle it so they stop participating. will not return and I will tell my co workers not to eat there.

Online ordering allowed to order the BOGO promo to buy one foot long and get the second free. Arrived at the store only to be told they cancelled because they don’t participate in it but doesn’t make any sense how it lets you order it for this specific store.

The manager who is a Mexican lady with really bad attitude was very rude and was not very polite to me. She made me wait for 5 minutes while she stood and did nothing. She had the window block so I couldn’t see the food. The drink machine and the music was loud and when she did come to help me I couldn’t hear her and I ask her about what they had she just pointed to sign. Her body language was tremendous terrible. She made me feel so uncomfortable I ask if someone else could help she said no. There was 3 other people working there. I left and before I left I asked her for the store manager name she wouldn’t answer. I see why this place has 2.8 star rating. She is definitely not a customer service representative. Don’t go to this place

This store sucks!!! They don't customize your food they ignore special requests presentation is awful..Looks like they just slap something together and they keep the phone off so you can't call about their raggedy mishaps don't order here!!!

You order with extra cucumber means you get half a slice extra. Same with lettuce. But they remember good when you remove toppings. The pic is order with extra cucumbers, extra lettuce and cheese.It used to be ok. But now it’s not worth it.
