This might be the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The door was locked and we stood outside for 5 minutes before the lady opened the door. Once we were inside she checked our order multiple times before even beginning to make the sandwiches we ordered 20 minutes before arriving. It took roughly 10 minutes for her to make the two sandwiches one of which only had 3 ingredients. If they were busy I would understand but the store was completely empty and she didn’t have any other orders that she was working on. While we were waiting two more customers arrived who she ignored until I opened the door for them. She informed the gentlemen that it would take 10-15 minutes to receive their order. The terrible service, food quality and run down atmosphere are enough to ensure that I won’t be returning here in the future.

Great location! The employees and management here are very helpful and friendly. My spicy Italian is always delicious. The employees also do a great job dealing with the occasional unruly individuals that tend to hover around this area.

After I waited 20 minutes a very rude lady came to tell me they don’t do curbside even though their app has the option. Se refused to get me the drink I had paid for!!!!! She could have given me my order in the time it took her to argue.Will NEVER come back
Subway just keeps getting worse and worse in general…and specifically this one on West Trade Street. I ordered a small cheesesteak sandwich. The amount of “meat” and cheese was insulting. I honestly can’t believe Subway continues to get away with outing ONE slice of meat in a sandwich. The “meat” was very tough and stringy. To pay $7.79 for this sandwich with a comically tiny amount of meat/cheese is just infuriating. Oh and the chocolate chip cookie that I thought might at least salvage my lunch …was STALE. AND the sweet tea was empty. At 12:15 pm - height of lunch hour. I mean, seriously?? Like I said, Subway has been a notoriously terrible place for years now. But this location is truly a joke. The only reason I even went there is because there is SO little to chose from in this West Trade Street (Charlotte) location where I work. Truly a food desert here.

Walked halfway across town to come to this subway and couldn’t be more disappointed. Not only are they not open at the posted time but this is the second time I walked here because there are two different “open” schedules posted on the door. Also, the woman working inside seems to see us all standing out here and is still just standing there talking on her phone. SMH. Courtesy goes a long way. Even a small amount.

The Indian guy who I believe is the owner is the worst. Don’t order from here if he’s behind the counter. My roommate went to pick up my sub and he refused to give it to him even after showing the confirmation number screen claiming it had to show the name. The app doesn’t event show the name.
