I ordered online bought one footlong got 50% off of the 2nd. I ordered a meatball sub with only cheese, & a Philly steak and cheese only the meat & cheese. I didn't ask for any condiments or toppings on either sandwich. I added a foot long pretzel & tipped 15%. I requested the honey mustard that came with the pretzel, I didn't receive that. Not only did I not get the HM, I did not get one single napkin. When I walked in, two young teenagers were talking & not interested in helping anyone. It was obvious by their demeanor. I have worked in food service for 20 plus years, I know the "rights & wrongs"!! When I called & asked about the napkins & mustard I asked the young lady, "DO you all not give napkins anymore", she replied..."NO"!!!! I spent $25, 2 footlong sandwiches & a footlong pretzel plus tipped for making PLAIN SANDWICHES & not one napkin, no mustard for the pretzel & then an attitude from a teenager?! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!! IF THIS IS "THE SUBWAY BRAND" YOU CAN KEEP IT, SOOOOOOO NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! NOMORE $5 Footlongs & we're paying almost for this type of service?? You're better off going to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy Johns.....even Harris Teeter & Publix will always be WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!

Ordered 3 subs and had a coupon for 3 subs for $17.99 plus tax. When got ready to pay cashier stated"we don't accept coupons at this location" I asked why not? " My manager said we couldn't " And I stated that it was ridiculous! So don't go to this location anymore if you have coupons!
I don't eat Subway often but I had some coupons to get rid of before they expire. I understand it's not the employees fault but management has posted a sign saying they don't accept coupons because food is expensive for them... as if it's not expensive for non-business owners! They can literally, according to the IRS - can write off food cost. So no, I won't be returning here. And shame on the owner for wanting to get over on people with inflation the way it is!

if i could leave no stars i would. Order a footlong and they sent me a 6 inch sub. wasnt even good. wasted my money and they said they couldn't do anything about it. so if you want your money stolen then just go to this subway where their subs are nasty and they take your money. the guy answered and wasted my time and money.

Placed a plan ahead order to be ready at 2. Plans changed and I called asking if it could be ready at 3. The lady flat out said she didn’t have my order, and assumed I ordered it at 2am?? My food will be sitting for an hour now…..
