Wish i would have read the reviews about the meaball subs...they taste old and i see one review said whole family got food poisoning from them....they have a bad/old taste to them.Tried to call but number disconnected and I really don't wanna ride back down there to get a new one. I pray it dont get food poisoning also!

I would give zero stars if possible. This location is completely irresponsible and careless when it comes to customer service and food safety.
I ordered two different footlongs - one specifically without pickles and honey mustard due to a food allergy. What did I get? They completely messed up the order and swapped the veggies, putting ingredients I specifically avoided due to allergies. That is not just incompetence - it’s dangerous.
When I noticed the mistake, I immediately tried calling the store several times between 7:30 - 8:00 PM using the number listed on Google. They never bothered to answer the phone. Because I live 25 minutes away, it wasn’t realistic to drive back the same evening.
The next day, I went back to show them the messed-up order and explain the seriousness of the allergy issue. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the employee rudely brushed me off saying he “couldn’t do anything.” When I asked to speak with the manager, he refused multiple times until I insisted.
The manager was even worse - completely disrespectful, dismissive, and insulting. Instead of addressing the health risk or the mistake, she arrogantly told me to “go complain to corporate” and basically kicked me out of the store. That is horrible customer service and an appalling attitude toward customer safety.
This kind of careless mistake could easily put someone in the hospital. It’s not just about poor service - it’s about endangering people’s health. I have photos to prove the blunder, and I’ll be reporting this to Subway corporate as well.
Avoid this location at all costs. They clearly don’t care about their customers, their orders, or basic food safety.
I really wish I had read the reviews first. I had my doubts when the store was completely empty on a weekend, but my kids wanted to try it and we had a coupon (or so I thought).
When we first entered the store nobody properly greeted us despite the store being empty. They proceeded to make the subs and then when presented with the coupon, they said they don’t accept Subway coupons. Umm THIS IS A SUBWAY!
The total for 2 foot longs was $24!! That’s $1 an inch! Absolutely absurd for some dry, uninspired Subway sandwiches. I could’ve had a family meal for that price! There was no sign saying they didn’t accept coupons and they just casually mentioned that they USED to have a sign on the door. What about now? Also, the pending charge on my credit card simply says “Store” not Subway. What kind of bootleg processing system are they using in there?
Anyway, I should’ve turned around and left those subs right there but I felt bad for the workers since they already made them. I haven’t stepped into a Subway in a decade and now I remember why. Never again!

I placed my order online and they canceled because they do not accept the promotions when online it shows they do. Then when I showed up to pick up they told me that not promotion accepted. I ended it up just wasting my time

I recently tried the Spicy Nacho Chicken sub and it was just average. The flavor was okay, but it didn't have that wow factor that would make me want to order it again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an online order around 7pm. Showed up and they said they didn’t receive my order. They said they don’t accept discounts/coupons and since mine has a discount on it, they couldn’t accept it. What kind of restaurant doesn’t accept discounts when they have them on the app???? Save your money and go to Jersey Mikes, the food tastes better there anyway.

We went by this location as they had always accepted coupons and also honored the deals that were in the app now they have a new owner and he or she is not doing any of the above. Totally lost our business.

This location ALWAYS has some type of "system" issues. Went there yesterday, 9-28-24 @ 4 pm and they had the door locked with a sign on the door that said "system down'". This location needs new management or something. No reason for this location to CONSTANTLY having issues. O stars. Do not recommend ‼️

Every time I come into this location, there’s always that one disgruntled light skin girl with the braids, who looks angry she has to make people’s sandwiches. She insulted me last time I came in, and was shouting at me over what kinda bread to use. I hate that she’s one of two only people working here. The other girl is usually always talking to someone or just not available to make food, and the whole atmosphere is negative and miserable. Like, if you don’t like working here, then don’t come. The food was alright though.
