Ordered online, called to cancel order an hour before it was to be ready and told they didn't have my order. I asked them to check again, placed on hold for 10 min, hung up and for now almost 2hrs the phone has been busy. I'm sure they took the phone off the hook and now I see they made my sandwiches that I called to cancel. Worst customer service ever and lazy girl who answered the phone needs to be fired from 3/8/24. ?

I'm not understanding why they can't answer the phone it takes 2 secs literally, I did a order through Uber eats and theirs not a choice to have extra condiments or have your sandwich toasted ! Don't make no sense

The owner of this subway should be ashamed of themselves. They had 1 person in here doing everything. She was taking orders, she was cashing people out, and was very nice young lady. She is short with locs and she is amazing. Thankfully she had help come in, a tall dark skin man who was great. But this has got to change.

Terrible customer service. Always a sign on the door for some silly “inconvenience” then there’s only like 1 or 2 employees that actually do a good job the others are lazy and make sloppy sandwiches.

Possibly one of the worst in Charlotte. There’s always some hand written note (usually spelled incorrectly) that’s providing a new inconvenience. And then the customer service is always subpar. Just get rid of the whole thing at this point.

I did a DoorDash order for this restaurant at the time there were two employees. One was really sweet and polite with everyone, but the other had the nastiest attitude towards customers. The online pickup orders and a present customers orders were left sitting out so long flies were crawling all over the food. A customer saw flies on peoples food and asked the grumpy one if she could cover up the sandwich because flies were gettin all over the food. That was met with a lifeless stare and a flick of the paper. Another present customer had to tell the same girl several times what she wanted on her sandwich. Upon delivering my customers orders I had to profusely apologize because I had to wait over an hour for the subs. They described the employee to a T, and said that that’s why they don’t go there much anymore because of her attitude, and they were hoping they got lucky and she didn’t make their sandwich. I can’t really fault the other employee as I said she was as sweet as she possibly could be given the situation, was even left to handle multiple orders alone for a period of time. And trying to smile through angry customers due to the long wait.
