Placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. I should have listened to the negative reviews because this is not what I ordered at all. No spinach and half the meat size and no cheese. They said they weigh the meat and its 6oz because they weighed it. I went home and picked the meat off and it’s not even 2oz. They would not refund me my money because they said I purchased on the app and I have to contact the app for a refund after they contacted the manager and spoke with him. If I would have know this would have been I would have saved my 4 dollars. I wont be back and I told them I have had this same thing within the past week and it did not come like this from a different location. Photos are below they don’t care they are just trying to make a quick buck. Believe the negative reviews and save your money.

This place is under new management. It got bad reviews under the old management. It should get a reset.
I have been there many times under the new folks and have always been satisfied with the food and the service.

I visit this location 2–3 times a week for lunch and I am always greeted with a smile and provided with excellent service. Carla makes the best subs, is always friendly, and makes me feel welcome. Highly recommend this location.

Placed my order on the SUBWAY WEBSITE. When I went to pick it up the two very rude employees said they couldn’t find the order, even when I showed them the charge on my account…. Store was dirty, employees are rude. This location is very overdue to be shut down.

I used to go a few years ago to this location and it got very bad with service, rarely open, etc. and I stopped going. Today, saw it was under new management so decided to try. It is a huge improvement in cleanliness, speed of service and food quality. I would definitely go back again. Only issue I had was they don't offer brewed iced tea.

The experience was mediocre at best. The men's bathroom was broken, the service was lackluster with distain for service, the soda machine was out of ice with the drinks all being flat and warm. The meatballs were cold, even after toasting my sandwich. The employees seemed like they didn't want to take your order. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience. I was really looking forward to getting a good meatball sub, but after today I will not be returning to this location. Cold food, warm drinks and bad service. Don't waste your time or money here.
