Well, we walked in at lunch time there were no one at the counter, we waited 10 min.A gentleman came out from the back, did NOT greet us, he actually look at us, like we had two heads as he completed an order, looks like it was from Door dash or one of those companies, ignoring the fact we were waiting for assistance.We did appreciate that type of service, so we left and went to Jersey Mike's, I am please to say we were treated with respect patients and with a group that was pleased to service us,We decided we will never enter another SUBWAYS ever!!!!

Everytime I mean everytime you come to this location before 9pm or even 8:30pm they are always closed. The website and the door says open until 9pm, this is ridiculous either change the closing time to 8pm or just hire a whole new staff and management staff that’s going to stay until 9. I mean it’s not that hard to run a successful an efficient business if you have the right leaders. I am definitenly reaching Out to corporate after this because this happens of too often.

I loved the two people working today. They are polite and helpful. They offered me a sample of some meat I never heard of. I loved it and ordered the #4. I think the place needs a good cleaning. I was a bit grossed out.

Enter store 2:30 PM on 3/23/2024 with four customers waiting in line and no one behind the counter. I got in line and after a few minutes I ask the people in front of me how long they had been waiting and the man at the front of the line said about four or five minutes. I yelled loudly “Is there anyone here! I yelled twice and a man came out of the storage area wearing a headset. Once behind the counter he partially uncovered one ear from the headset and said nothing. The first customer started saying what he wanted to order. I left my wife in line and proceeded to the restroom. I entered the restroom and immediately walked out. The restroom was so filthy we left the store. Poor service and dirty restroom, how clean is the food? Never Again!

They closed an hour earlier then posted without anything that explains why. The other day I went in there were three people in the back laughing and talking , one of them saw me and I stood there for about 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to talk to me.
This Subway location is always dirty!! Last time I went in there was a big puddle of water in the floor with no wet floor sign. The glass casing that holds all of the food is always filthy!! They will turn you away saying short of staff we're only taking online orders. They are always out of stuff as well. This place is ran very poorly!! I'm so surprised it's still open. How is it passing inspection?

Today, 2/10/24 , I went to purchase four subs AFTER 10 AM. The door wea locked, one male was standing in from of the counter and another person was behind the counter. I tried to open the door and finally called the store and was told " The store isn't opened, I'm still baking BREAD." if your hours of operations fluctuate daily, please post that and advise customers to call before coming because we are baking bread or just beginning to prepare for our day after our posted opening time is 9 AM.

I place an order online to be picked up as today January 23rd. Upon arrival I notice a sign in the front door that says we're not open. We'll be back at 2:30I enter the store and the employee told me she was close. I told her I was picking up the order I placed online. She showed me the internet cable unplugged saying that she didn't got the order cause she had no internet. I wasn't the only person with that issue. Another lady was denied service too. I can't believe the owne hired that type of people who's not showing any respect for the job. I asked her what was the store number and she told me NOI'm very upset ?

Absolutely disgusting condition of the shop, residue all over the glass and countertops. 1 guy behind counter with 3 or so people in line and he wouldn't even say a single word to anyone in the store. No, sorry be with you folks in a minute we are having issues or anything. Just stone silence and the packaging that the ham comes in is sitting out on the counter with the ham still in it not temp control at all and was like that for who knows how long at least the 30 minutes I sat in the lobby waiting.
