Usually a great place to eat with nice people and great service. The last time I visited the employees barely spoke to you, were out of many items, etc. We both ordered salads and were told they were out of forks. The girl who checked us out told us to give her 4 minutes so she could, and I quote," go steal some from Harris Teeter". After waiting almost 20 minutes to get forks we left. If you know you're low in stock on something when you open, fix it before crowds come in so you don't lose business.

They play Mexican music and it's poor reception. Annoying to have loud talking in Spanish when you don't understand it. Why they would play that when 99 percent of their customers don't understand it. Makes for a distracted uncomfortable meal. The girl that made the sandwich was super nice though.

If they had zero stars I would give them that ... I have ordered here plenty of times and they always got my order right but today , I placed an online order and they completely messed it up. When I called in , an employee said they were too busy to call and let me know that they ran out of white bread plus my co workers sandwich was cold like they never warmed it up. I will not be coming back again

I rarely give bad reviews because I know how much they are worth but this was ridiculous. Ordered from Uber Eats...gets here wrong...no biggy...she calls...no answer? I call no answer? What's up....1/11/2018..20 mins later.....no call? 30mins later still no call. Uber driver was excellent.... Hope they haven't been robbed.....Two stars because no one answers the phone during business hours....they are usually good...

I dont think I will ever go back to this subway, i felt sorry for the man behind the counter, he was trying his hardest but the line was about to go out the door. He was by himself with no help. Unfortunately this resulted in the sandwich being cold, the manager needs to help the man this is not a one person job I have seen three people behind the counter at other subways

The workers here do not write the name of the subs that you ordered which is bad if you are ordering for a group of people. The workers also have no knowledge about the Subs of the day because they gave me Monday's sub on a Tuesday. Lazy workers if you ask me.

Not only ar the employees professional and personable! BUT!! I left my pocketbook there last week. Before I even knew it was missing RAfael Mendiola had driven to my house and delivered it to me. He did not want a reward or anything. THANK YOU FOR HIRING SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON!!!!

The worat put together salad that I have ever seen. It was half the size of the bowl. I have been to many different Subways, and have never seen such a little salad for $7. I will never visit this Subway again.
