I placed an online order to redeem my free footlong sub for being a Disney+ member. My order was ready within 10 minutes. Once I arrived, I was able to quickly pick up my order. I’m not sure if it’s because it was free or the way it was made but this was easily one of the best subs I have ate from Subway. Thank you Disney+ and thank you Subway on South Kings Drive.

Skimming on meat, hardly put any meat at all and you ask for a little bit more and its immediately 3 extra dollars. Absolutely insane for a couple peices of chicken

HORRIBLE customer service. The manager needs to be checked. Came in to purchase 2 sandwiches. He finished and wrapped 1 and was finishing up second sandwich when I told him I didn’t say I wanted green peppers. This made him upset and he told me in a very condescending manner that I should speak up. Mind you, he heard my fine up until this point and I hadn’t changed my volume. While he was making my sandwich he stated was very busy and that he was in a meeting via his AirPod. So I assumed that’s why he couldn’t hear me. He offered for someone to make my sandwich which would have been fine until he got even more upset with me because I didn’t want him touching my food with such a rude demeanor. He then balled up my food and called the cops on me and then “banned me” from coming back all because I wasn’t speaking up loud enough for him to hear. I was never rude. And I stayed calm the entire time.

I don’t think anyone in there spoke English then they’re letting people that don’t have money run in and out and get money or phone or whatever and you got 30 minutes for lunch then they just jump right in front of you back in line and your food sitting there ready and the girl on the cash register can’t keep up Everything was fresh no iced tea. I will not come back. I don’t speak Spanish. I can’t understand what they’re saying it took me four times to realize she was saying toast come on man so yeah, that makes sense.

Terrible. Ordered online. They said they never received it but the money was taken out of my account. The women who were there obviously hadn’t been there very long and didn’t call a manager or anything or even offer to help or make a sandwich.

The franchise owner at this location is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. Happy to support a business where you'll find the owner working alongside the other employees. Haven't been to a subway in years and this experience will have me coming back. Highly recommend!
