ATTENTION: Please see my low review (and others) and the owner's negative response. As an owner, your response to the low rating shows your unprofessionalism and the reasons we have rated you low. It's a clear written example of how you treated a women (rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, beneath you). You continue to be rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. What professional, ownwer would respond like that, in writing and on a review? THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW. There is no reason for me to tell an untruth. A male customer supported me, by leaving the store and not ordering. The management and ownwership of this store misses the mark and is low based on your (owner and employees) behaviors. This review is not about your sanitation rating, Sir. It is about how you treat customers. How people are treated matters. There is a reason your tone was unprofessional when you were asked about a price difference. There is a reason your employees have to call you and ask permission to switch the bread (there is video for that and all your and the employees behaviors). Do you treat certain genders this way? Do you treat certain races this way? There is a pattern in your low reviews written by others. I have frequented your store many times in the last 25 years, much more than two times. The owners ill, rude and unprofessionalism in the last months has been subpar and an unpleasant experience. I have ignored much of it. This time I decided to write a review to try and prevent others from experiencing the same thing and wanting the owner to evaluate himself and improve. Due to the ownwers poor treatment, I decided I didn't want to support this restaurant and I tried to converse with the owner and he would not allow me to talk, he interrupted me constantly. He did not allow me to speak one complete thought. When you (the ownwer) were asked for a refund OR the contact information of someone higher than you and asked you are you treating me this way because of my skin color. You immediately threatened me with banning and walked away (there is video). The ownwer has shown his clear inability to communicate and treat everyone equally. Banning means nothing, but clearly shows your lack of communication skills and lack of high level thinking. Banned for being brown, a female and intelligent, instead of the owner evaluating his behavior and having a professional conversation. Why cant he have a professional conversation (see video)? Who needs subway, when there are so many wonderful restaurants in our city and around the world. Just as your response shows, you don't want to own your inappropriate treatment and you don't want to treat everyone equally, properly and professionally. Show your professionalism and proper treatment of me as a human being, me as a female, me as a brown person, me as a highly intelligent person and more. Please note; a coupon and free food will not fix this. I don't want free food from you. A proper and professional conversation, in a professional tone by the ownwer, as I tried have previously was the answer. It's bigger than people giving you money and you give them a sandwich. Treat people in a professional manner and help them smile when they are in your store. I hope you improve your actions, behaviors and treatment of all customer, Mr. Owner. Buyers beware.I frequent Subway around our country. This location is no longer a pleasant place to visit and dine. I agree with previous low ratings. On one occasion, a worker told me I couldn't choose my bread type. The worker had to call the owner and ask permission for me to choose my bread (Wow). On another occasion I experienced rudeness, unprofessional and poor customer service. All customers should be treated kindly and in a professional manner. Was it my gender? Was it my attire? Was it my race? I am sharing this rating in hopes that you and our teenage children (that may be alone when they go there) can dodge this ill treatment. Update to my original review.This place really went downhill... it used to be pretty decent but with the newer wave of employees, its pretty awful to be honest. The owner's intent (according to the hiring signs I used to see) was to get bilingual people.... great. But they aren't, or at least not enough. I have gone probably 3 times now where the person just doesnt understand what I am saying when I list my bread or meat or veggies... and I have to point. Giving you cookies that are completely different than what you asked for, and sometimes not knowing how to ring people up. The food isn't as good anymore either.The owner himself is a cool guy, nice and down to earth. But for the past few months that new staff has just nosedived this place.

Best Subway location I frequent with one exception. This location rarely has any of the good deals or coupons through the app and their prices are high. Other than that, the people are nice and they do a good job with service, the store and tables are clean and nice. Over $30 for lunch for 2 people is too much...yikes.
