Never go there. They need help. They don’t chop their salad. Give out raw bacon. And one of the workers was thinking about being on the phone then helping the customer. I whole onions, peppers, cucumbers on my salad and a pinch of cheese. They need to be closed down. And I’m guessing the owners don’t care about. This is not a salad

The food was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. It's unfortunate the ladies seemed nice . But to spend 40 at subway and receive cold items ! I will never eat at a subway again ! Especially this one ! I bought 2 Subs , 3 churros, 1 cookie footlong , a pepperoni footlong roll and 6 cookies! It was all disgusting the only thing warm was the sandwich and the roll up the churros where straight out of the freezer and the cookie as well !

I was in Charlotte and decided to meet friends there. Because the party I was meeting was from out of town as well, we picked Subway because we figured it would be hard to mess up. The place was not clean from first inspection but because we didn't know the area that well, we decided to stay. Upon ordering, the people behind the counter was disinterested and put very little on the sandwich. For every ingredient, I had to ask for more. Same thing for the party who I met there. Every time, they got an attitude and refused to do so. Finally, I just decided to get everything on the sandwich that was free just to make sure they could see how much a customer can order. I will never go back and do not recommend this Subway to anyone.

Ordered online delivery and received the worst Subway sandwiches I've ever seen. I ordered double meat for both sandwiches and there was barely any slices on there and the toppings were extremely lackluster. I'm talking about maybe 6 pieces of lettuce in total, 3 pieces of onion and nothing else. Not to mention that they put the incorrect sauces on the sandwhiches too. Will never order from this store again.

Walked in at 8:30 PM and they said they were out of bread. Worker didn’t suggest anything else, like a wrap or bowl. Just said “we’re out of bread” then when back to his phone

9/6/24 - Online order. One item not delivered. Tried to contact the store. Phone disconnected. Tried a different number found online for this store. It too was disconnected. No way shown in the contact info on how to send them an email or how to access an alternative phone number. Unacceptable. Checked my debit card account to see if I was charged for the missing item and of course, I was. Again, unacceptable.

I placed a mobile order at this location. When I arrived, it turns out my order was taken by another customer minutes before I entered the establishment. An employee/manager named Will took care of me and remade the order. Thanks Will! I appreciate you taking quick action. I will be returning again in the future.

‌On my recent visit on Aug 15th. I was deeply disturbed to witness unsanitary conditions at the food preparation counter. Specifically, I observed a fly on the food preparation surface, which also appeared unclean with visible food debris.

This level of neglect is unacceptable for any food establishment, especially one with Subway's reputation. Such conditions not only violate basic food safety standards but also pose a significant health risk to customers.

I trust that you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such lapses in hygiene do not occur again. I would appreciate a follow-up on the steps taken to rectify this situation.
