Worst Subway ever. They either can’t take in person orders or the card reader is always down. They never have bread or the sauce you want either. It better to go to the Subway inside Walmart!

Feels like they are going out of business without the discount. Bunch of menu items weren’t available, menus dangling from holders, cash only (card machine not working)

I understand the mistake was on my end, as I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location. However, I called multiple times to try and cancel it and request a refund, but no one ever answered. I ended up placing a new order at the correct location. I just find it frustrating that I couldn’t reach anyone despite several attempts. I would appreciate help in resolving this.

I was flat out refused service at 12:30 in the afternoon. I’m pissed drove far to come here. The girl basically told me if I didn’t order on line I couldn’t be serviced. Pissed off
Every time you come to this Subway its always something. They don’t have bread most of the time. The serving area is not sanitary. The close the store whenever they want to. I decided to stop there today for the poor guy in there telling me he’s not taking online orders right now until another worker comes in. He had about 5 people waiting in line and one customer stated they’ve been waiting 30 mins on their food. Unsure if thisnloxation has a manager, if so they needs to be fired because this place is ran down and needs to close down for good.

This Subway is a victim of North Charlotte urbanization. The employees are low tier, and every aspect of the restaraunt operation reflects this perfectly. From the food taste, quality, and availability, to the cleanliness of the restauraunt, to the very poor and ghetto attitudes of most of the staff. AVOID.

Never go there. They need help. They don’t chop their salad. Give out raw bacon. And one of the workers was thinking about being on the phone then helping the customer. I whole onions, peppers, cucumbers on my salad and a pinch of cheese. They need to be closed down. And I’m guessing the owners don’t care about. This is not a salad
