Went at 8:15 and they don’t close until 9:00. All the lights were off and doors were locked, and this isn’t even the first time they have done this. They close whenever they want to when the hours on the door and online say they are open. Half the time when they are open they are out of product. If they want to do what they want to and don’t want to be open or don’t want to be prepared for their customers they need to close permanently.

One star is really just not fair.... it really should be none cause I could not get served during their posted hours as they are not open!!! I was gonna let it go, but I see this is a common thing for them!

Its subway everyone likes sandwiches but by chance if you dont I wouldnt recommend going here, but if you dont like sandwiches your probably a communist!

For the past several weeks, when I come to this location--whether it be 7:30 or 8:00 PM..they always state they are out of bread despite there being trays of bread sitting. They are choosing to close early rather than staying open until 9 as stated. Avoid this location on your way home, you will be disappointed.

Got there at 8:30pm. Doors were locked and lights were on. I called the store, no answer. Went next door to the Chinese restaurant by the time my food was done at 8:45 the lights were off. The sign clearly states they close at 9:00pm.

I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant in my life. The staff lacks any type of valuable customer service. They treat the elderly like trash. There was a older woman in front of us placing her order and she couldn't decide and some how the staff found that amusing enough to laugh at the women when she turned her back. She also asked for a sample of the tuna and the reply she got was "why it's just tuna and mayonaise." She decided to step to the side and wait out the line so as not to be an inconvenience to fellow patrons a d as she did so she dropped a chair which prompted a second laugh from the employees. When my wife and I stepped forward to place our order we were told the dont not carry spicy brown mustard at this location. They said they just end up wasting it since no one ever orders it. We were also informed that they would not be carrying it moving forward.

Every single time I've come to this location its ALWAYS out of something, bread, marinara sauce, tomatoes. To top if off the staff are the most unfriendlist ever.

I don't even want to give it one star. Went to this location on Sunday 4/28 around 4pm and there were no other customers in the store but my fiancée and I .. one worker looked like he was pretending to be on a phone call but didn't hear him talking the whole 10 minutes we stood there, he never looked up or acknowledged our presence so we walked out and went to Firehouse. Absolute worst customer service I ever saw!

I went in about 1030am. Wanting something fresh!! Thats Subway right? Not right! Bread was stale, veggies were turning and soggy and each bucket had pieces of other veggies in each one. Chicken and cheese was not bad but to be so early I would assume the buckets would be clean and filled up. Seems as though this may have been food prepared the day before or 2 and just stored. I like to have my sub toasted and meat/cheese warm but the oven was not hot yet. Wait a minute I thought you opened at 9am? I didn't have a coupon but there was a sign stating they wouldn't accept any not good for business. This is a great location for a Subway as we dont have a lot of options as a busy full time office admin. Will not be back or recommend to anyone until they fix a lot of these issues. The gentleman working was nice but very shy did not have very good people skills. McDonalds would have been better!!!!
