The young lady who made my sandwich was very nonchalant I felt rushed despite it not being very busy. Her nails were longer than her hands very unsanitary. She tore my bread and cheese up while she was trying to separate it maneuvering with her claws AND was extremely heavy-handed with all the condiments. It also was very frustrating that she put the bacon under anything before putting it in the toaster it was raw still after she took it out. Every time I come to this location, there’s something wrong and my sandwich is almost inedible. Definitely my last trip Which is pitiful because it’s so close to me.

Subway allows you to purchase just the bread. The pm teenagers DECLINED ME and was VERY RUDE! This place is only good during the day!!!! Buying bread by the way helps with WASTE!!!

Didnt deliver my 3rd sub. Whole remaining order was wrong. Refused to make it right. I called and they were rude to me and then hung up on me. They made the other sandwiches wrong. I want a refund for my entire order. Will file a dispute with my bank. The way I was treated was disgusting.

Subway had no remorse for messing up our order. Brianna and Michael were probably fake names. Wouldn’t let us talk to a manager and said our problem wasn’t theirs. Hung up on us once and kept our money for bad food they didn’t deliver. Didn’t offer to to fix it either.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The Hispanic manager was impolite not only to customers but also to her own team. During business hours, all the chairs were placed on top of the tables, leaving nowhere to sit and enjoy the food, even though plenty of tables and chairs were available. I had to eat my sandwich in my car. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back to this Subway again.

Just giving this 4-star rating to help keep your business visible, but the owner really needs to pay attention. There are already a lot of 1-star reviews — please take this seriously and improve customer service.

The black female working in the store between the hours 6 and 7 pm on 8/27/25. Is beyond rude. I I observed an employee donning gloves to handle a pan from the warming rack. Initially, I anticipated she would be taking my order. However, she informed me that another colleague would be assisting me and also pointed out that I was engaged in a phone call, which may have contributed to her not attending to me.

Given my frequent patronage of this establishment, I am now considering alternative locations, even if it requires traveling a greater distance.

No one welcome me or adised that someone would be able to assist me upon entry.

Showed up at 8:38 pm on 8/25. Google and the sign say they close at 9pm. The doors were locked and two employees were inside. Y'all might wanna not hire people that wanna close early against store policy

Very rude employees, that just stare at you. I hope this behavior is not racially motivated, because I always start with respect and kindness. Very strange. I’ve reported to subway.
