The girl in the store was angry and show no respect to customers I asked about how much cheese to be put on there she got angry and I just told her to keep it and I walked out the store

Arrived at 11:48:16 AM at Westinghouse location 1692-0. Host Order ID SPM20250708114815. The representative was very rude and did not know the ingredients as provided online for a Philly Steak protein bowl. I did not have my phone with me, so I could not pull up and see the ingredients to tell her. As this was my first visit to Subway, I asked that it be prepared as written and I was told they didn't do that. I am the type of person to give an eatery 2 tries, however, if this is the way all employees act, I don't think that will happen.

Wouldn’t recommend I went here last Saturday to get a sub and it was 30 minutes until closing and the workers inside locked the door. It was very unprofessional!

Customer service should be the first in all establishments.
The staff is very unfriendly and shows no customer service. Seems aggravated that you visited the restaurant and even more aggravated if you need time to decide. The eye rolling is very obvious and the young female seems to not care that you see her as she continues.

Online order, ordered a sandwich meal combo forgot the drink and chips. Can’t even call the store to get a refund no one will answer, been years since I ate at subway a good reminder why I stopped. Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Pro literally one piece of chicken on one half of the sandwich what a joke of a business

Ok yall I order the combo deal. Didn’t receive my chips and drink when they delivered and I’ve called but nobody answers. How can I get my refund?
I haven't been to a Subway in a while - now I remember why! Subway's quality has really gone downhill!!
I arrived just after 9am. The door was locked. One employee was standing around watching the other sweep the floor. The door was unlocked as they saw me standing at the door so one of them opened the door. Upon entering the store it was dirty. A couple of tables had food scraps still on them. I went to use the toilet and gagged upon walking in. It had waste remains and a full roll of tp clogging it. I told the employees at the counter and she just had the other check. The employee helping me was very rude. I sat at what I hope was a clean table and observed as nothing was done about the toilet. I was there for 15 minutes. I would definitely say this place was a health risk at the least. Service was awful and the food, well, I wouldn't recommend.

How do you cancel an order AFTER saying it’s been prepared and about to be delivered then void it and say your money will be returned within a week! Horrible!!!!

This Subway doesn’t have a working phone number. The weekend staff is not only rude, but they close early. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Personally the food is okay.. customer service well there is none.. I feel those Associates don't give a damn about nothing especially the customers.. It shows..
