I went looking for a sandwich which I ordered on November 5th at 9:10 am through the official app on the website. It turns out that the place was closed so I had to wait until 12:15 pm. They gave me a bread that was not the one I ordered, with very little avocado, it was not whole wheat bread and they gave me the untoasted frozen bread. I found terrible service.
The food is disgusting, they gave me a chicken which was bad, I don't recommend coming to this place ever.

This place is losing business because they only have one person working. The couple in front of me turned around when I got there and then I had to leave because it was taking so long. I'm giving two stars because the one girl who was in there is clearly doing the best she can.

This place is absolutely disgusting. They are out of half of the items on the menu. There were no drinks except for the soda machine, which I'm sure hasn't been cleaned properly.

If I could give 0 stars and still write a review I would! First of all I walk in and not greeted! The young lady who was in the front that didn’t greet was restocking the line with no hairnet on nor was her hair tied up. Her hair was well past her shoulders flowing over the food freely so I’m sure some fell into the food she was stocking! EW! She then proceeds to walk away still no acknowledgment then another young girl comes from the back with big beat headphones over her ears planning to take my order. No thank you & thennnn they didn’t even have a lot of the protein items to even prepare a sub! Management needs to do better and a health inspection done at this location asap!

Two young girls states they are only doing ONLINE orders meanwhile I’m in the store so what’s the difference? Oooo I see you don’t want walk-inns to see how bad the lettuce and tomato etc was OK!

Great Job guys the two gentlemen who prepared my order was spectacular. Ready to assist very pleasant and polite. Would come back here anytime. One thing toast the bread just a bit longer. ?
