I ordered from Door Dash - my sub was CRACKED, DRY, and they SKIMPED ALL OF THE TOPPINGS. To make it worse, they gave me the WRONG COOKIES. The cookies were HARD AS A ROCK and INEDIBLE. Y’all need to get it together…

This place is hit or miss. If the young heavy set lady is working, walk away and go somewhere else. If the manager is there she is kind and helpful. The manager made this 3 stars. The associate needs to learn how to be hospitable. If it were me, I'd get rid of her fast.

This location needs to be reevaluated from what I’ve seen. No one in there practiced food safety and they didn’t care whatsoever. On top of that parts of my sandwich was burnt with pieces of paper.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.
Rude. Waited over 20 minutes for the system to reset and the manager/owner was clueless. The lady that was trying to cash me out was alright but had no clue what to do when the system froze. Ended up walking out without my sub. Won’t be back to this location PERIOD.

I am highly disappointed with my experience at the Subway inside the Walmart on Wilkinson Blvd. When I arrived the fountain had to be turned on and when I tried to get my lemonade it was straight water so I had to go with two Cokes instead which I did not want. My Footlong #6 The Boss was just okay, my cookies were great, the Footlong Cookie was excellent, the Snack Pepperoni was okay but quite dry and I cannot confirm but the wrap used tasted a bit out of date.

Now my biggest and most extreme disappointment is with the No Bready Bowls Combo: Protein Bowl Tuna. For the $12.38 it cost, I should have had no issues. I am only just now getting to it as it was supposed to be for dinner which is why I didn't notice the issue until 7:30pm. My Tuna Bowl had everything except the actual tune! How ridiculous is that, who would have thought I would have had to check the bowl to see if the tuna was actually on there?

No customer should be expected to or have to do that. I dumped the tuna bowl into my own glass bowl digging through the lettuce looking for the absent tuna, to make sure I wasn't missing it... I wasn't, the tuna just wasn't there. I am so pissed about this, because it just doesn't make any sense... how do you forget the main ingredient of the dish?... TUNA! I took pictures of the absence of my tuna and how foolish the whole thing looked. I spent $38.04 on a subpar Subway order, and it is a shame that the best part was the least healthy part... the cookies.

I was so looking forward to this bowl, my mouth was watering for it and here it is no freakin' tuna in what is supposed to be a tuna bowl... I just don't understand the foolishness that has taken place with my order. I am not usually a complainer, but this is insane and most irritating. Worst Subway location ever, with the worst customer service and poor execution of food preparation and order completion. Why is this garbage of a location even still operational?

I gave it a three, the people working matter. She put ranch on my turkey and mayonnaise on the chicken. I don't know, if she can't read or what and even while in store watching her make the sandwiches. She seemed so occupied that I was like yeah it's not worth being late to work. I need to see who working only went online for the promo?‍♀️?‍♀️

Don't even waste your time ordering ahead on the app...second time I have ordered on the app and again they hadn't even started making my order 25 minutes later when I got there. No sense of urgency to get caught up and everyone moves like they are in slow motion. Still took them another 20 minutes to get us our sandwiches and I had to remind them of everything I ordered on the app. No accountability or sense of ownership, dirty tables, subpar service and slow...very slow service. Will avoid this Subway in future.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. Bad attitudes. The only nice person was the older man. The woman with the short hair had a stank attitude. Will not be returning. Hire people that actually want to work.
