I gave it a three, the people working matter. She put ranch on my turkey and mayonnaise on the chicken. I don't know, if she can't read or what and even while in store watching her make the sandwiches. She seemed so occupied that I was like yeah it's not worth being late to work. I need to see who working only went online for the promo?‍♀️?‍♀️

Don't even waste your time ordering ahead on the app...second time I have ordered on the app and again they hadn't even started making my order 25 minutes later when I got there. No sense of urgency to get caught up and everyone moves like they are in slow motion. Still took them another 20 minutes to get us our sandwiches and I had to remind them of everything I ordered on the app. No accountability or sense of ownership, dirty tables, subpar service and slow...very slow service. Will avoid this Subway in future.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. Bad attitudes. The only nice person was the older man. The woman with the short hair had a stank attitude. Will not be returning. Hire people that actually want to work.

It took them 35 minutes to get me my order even when I ordered ahead on the app and it was in 'ready' status for the whole 35 minutes.I'll give 2 stars because the sandwich was made well to how to ordered and it's not the workers fault in that they were trying as hard as they could, but management needs to staff better.

It’s cool as long as you come in to order.. But ordering online they don’t have your order ready when you come in and the app says “your order is ready” like whole 20 mins and still not ready .. They started on my order when I came in!!! Don’t expect to pick up and go like I did!

Not sure how I am supposed to eat my sandwich when it’s smothered in mayo and ranch, even soaking through the paper. Very messy and stale bread.

I ordered 3 sandwiches for pick up through the website from the Subway inside Walmart on Wilkerson Blvd when I got home and opened my bags all sandwiches bread we're hard and burnt this was very unprofessional of the staff I've never had this problem before and I will be calling corporate

I had a GREAT experience a few days ago when the manager working . I went today while the kids were working, & she overcharged me, my flatbread was hard, and she focused her attention on random stuff while I was telling her what I want on my sandwich. She also didn’t have a mask on while she had spit on her lip. Just horrible never coming to this Walmart or Subway again. & wonder why you don’t get no tips

I wish I could give zero stars. Full of people who don’t want to work . Bread had mold . Meat wasnot fresh . How can you work in a supermarket with bad food in the same facility. Very nasty . You can’t even sit down and eat nothing because flies will fly over your food as well . Would not recommend. Save your money and time .
