Trash. Non stop cursing and giving food away to friends. Ignoring online orders. Left after waiting 20 minutes
The last two weeks there have been no tuna in the evening. Please do better with tuna!

I went in for a STEAK and cheese sub and when she asked which toppings i wanted i said lettuce and american cheese. I paid for it opened it in my car and it was literally just lettuce and cheese… how tf ? I went back and told her there was no steak in my sub and she said “ I thought you only wanted lettuce and cheese” i said how tf do u come to that conclusion after i ordered a STEAK AND CHEESE sub!! Didn’t want to add steak and said she needed to charge me $13 extra as for a new sub even though it was her fault. Terrible customer service, terrible food, terrible atmosphere, terribly ran.
Came here the women working here with the gold teeth was so rude! I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! Meanest lady I’ve ever encountered ! Will never be back to this location.
The young lady who helped me was soo nice and humble. The food was fresh and good and I hadn’t been here in a while but she was patient with me too.

This literally had little to no meat! Can barely see it. New worker needs to be trained on how to properly make sandwiches! Too expensive to be a waste
Bad service, the employee who served me today was very rude and didn't even say hello, in addition to all the ingredients being thrown away...terrible service.
Placed an order for 3 FL Subs and all 3 were made with the wrong toppings on them. The bread was crumbly and falling apart as well.
Tried calling the restaurant once we realized this and the phone rings once and then hangs up. Been calling since Friday 11/1 and today is 11/4 and I’m still having the same problem. Don’t know how they make money at that location.( #58549-0)

So I came to this location after another one was late opening.i figured I should be good considering they opened at 830. I was wrong. I actually came to get myself and 2 other teachers lunch. I pulled up at 915 and the open light was on. I seen a employee come out as I was parking before she got in her car she turned around and went back to cut off the open sign as I was walking up the steps. I get it situations happen but she could've addressed me . She seen I was headed to her establishment. Bad business.

worse service of my life! yelling at me for reminding them the type of cheese i wanted. 3 workers there and no line besides me and my family and still took several minutes until they decided to service us. the guy is in no willingness of helping or having some decent customer service. i am not the type to argue but it really got me on my nerves to the point of leaving.

I placed an online order and was treated less than for doing it. After going to put gas in my car I head to get my order. After pulling up the website and would not let me check in so I went in and made sure they had my order and went back outside to wait. I went in again 20 minutes later and several customers later and asked if it was ready and was told no the have been busy. So I asked do you take all walk-in orders before online orders? I got huh? So I went back out to the car and waited another 20 minutes so now no one in the store I go back in to see if I can get my order, yes it is ready. Again I asked do you take all walkin orders over online orders, again I got a huh? Someone else walks in and I realize I am missing the churro she said they are out of them I asked can you take it off my bill? She ask manager oh we have some freezer I ask how long they take to cook I have already been waiting 45 minutes at this point since getting to the store, apparently the frozen churro only needs to cook for 40 seconds. She threw the churro on top of the torn up bag for me to try to carry all of my food out with no bag I had to ask for one. I asked again do you take all walkins over online orders I do not want to make the same mistake again at this point she looks at the manager who said YES we do. At this point the customer standing in line says well you are now making me wait, there is only 2 people working. I said I placed an order online so I did not have to come in and wait in-line. After all of this there is no way I am eating this food it was thrown away in trash can. Who knows what they did to it and I do not know long to cook a frozen churro but I am not finding out. This is one of two bad experiences at this location never again. I was hoping they got better than last time over a year ago when they said they were out of what I ordered at 7pm and had no way to refund the money. I took my receipt to Subway at Belmont NC and they fixed the order for me at a loss and refunded my money. So it is not all Subways just this location on Samlen Dr. I honestly did not look at how clean the store was because I was just trying to get my order after over an hour since I placed it online.

They don’t seem to care so much about getting the ingredients in your order correctly but at least the food was warm and tasted alright despite not being what I asked for.

The sandwich was pretty good. My only complaint was the wheat bread. It was so dry and hard.

I was already on the fence with this place but after today I'm done. Flies all over everything and not one but three strands of hair on my sandwich is a no for me. Do better please.
