This is the worst Subway I have been to. Both Oven's are broken. They won't cancel the online order although they couldn't make it right.

Thee saddest most expensive subway experience. I’m disabled and waited for my meal being delivered via uber eats. I received the saddest, nastiest sandwich that included jalapeños (which I’m allergic too) that I didn’t ask for. All the veggies I did ask for they provided a small ration of each. You can’t even see the lettuce. The cookies are hard as bricks and have a funny taste. So now all I have is a soda and I chips for dinner. Shane on the workers. Tried to call the store and seems like the number is incorrect

Much as money I've spent at this location. Watch faces come and go through out the history of this location... ..I asked if I could I get some ice. I had my own cup. The young boy didn't know how to respond so he walked away and asked a chick in the back. She came up front from the back and said no. I then asked how much for a cup of ice she said 2.46.... Honestly I could of got ice and walked out. Because he had to leave the front to ask someone else. But I was humble and patiently waited for an answer. I can understand no for sanitation concerns. But charging someone 2.46 for Ice cup is ridiculous. All the tips and keep the change and I can't get a cup of ice for a decent price is beyond me....

Horrible customer service. Wanted to charge me double and manager was unwilling to correct the situation until another customer verbally attacked me directly for trying to get correct price. Came back today (3weeks later) and was verbally attacked by the same staff members who told me I had to leave because of the situation last time. They actually called the police and made me leave. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They get points for never being ridiculously busy. However, Ive noticed in the last year the quality has decreased as the employee appearances. My online order continue to be canceled right at pick up time. I order basic turkey sandwiches. Once they didn't have bread. Im not sure what changed but I've ordered less and less from here because I dont have time to order, drive there, get a cancelation and then still have to go elsewhere. Hopefully things change.

Listen to the other reviews and this one. Place is terribly ran. Only one individual working with 10+ people waiting, as you can see from other reviews is the same all day every day.

I went in for a STEAK and cheese sub and when she asked which toppings i wanted i said lettuce and american cheese. I paid for it opened it in my car and it was literally just lettuce and cheese… how tf ? I went back and told her there was no steak in my sub and she said “ I thought you only wanted lettuce and cheese” i said how tf do u come to that conclusion after i ordered a STEAK AND CHEESE sub!! Didn’t want to add steak and said she needed to charge me $13 extra as for a new sub even though it was her fault. Terrible customer service, terrible food, terrible atmosphere, terribly ran.

This literally had little to no meat! Can barely see it. New worker needs to be trained on how to properly make sandwiches! Too expensive to be a waste
