Had a coupon for 1/2 price foot long. Ordered a #18 Ultimate BMT and it had an ample amount of meat and cheese and wasn't overloaded with lettuce. They even followed directions to put dressing on the side like I asked.Parking: Located in a shopping center with Food Lion, there's plenty of parking.

The store was very dirty, the bathroom door didn't lock and no TP. Toilet rocked... not attached to the floor properly. The bread was so stale that we could hardly bite it. Out of tea at 12 pm. Not ever going back!

I used to like subway, last couple times I've been to this location they were out there smoking, said they were closed and have no one to work..went there today and they were out of everything at 2pm on a monday.. come on now Subway. Evidently people just don't want to work. Don't waste your time unless you want brown lettuce and frozen vegetables.. just go to Jersey Mike's.

This Hass to be the worst subways ever! My fiancé and I have gone in there several times hoping things have changed since we live so close however, my last experience was absolutely horrible! when I went in to place my order, there was no customers and two young people working. I ordered a foot-long cold cut combo and I asked for a different type of cheese, and the gentleman working asked me if I knew there would be an extra charge for different cheese and asked me in a manner as if I could not afford it then the young woman there had an attitude and they didn't have half the stuff they advertise, and I asked for a large, sweet tea. Everything got rang up. I paid for it when I went to get the tea, there was no tea, I then informed them and the response that I got was I guess we got wiped out at this point I asked them to refund my card. The gentleman called the manager or the owner I'm not sure to figure out how to refund me and I could hear the person yelling through the phone because I wanted a refund, they went on to ask me what exactly did I want refunded? I said everything and the young woman behind the counter, started laughing at me and talking about me with her coworker, which intern upset me, and I did let her know that that was not acceptable and I wasn't going to put up with it. I walked out of the store, and I could still hear her yelling, so I asked her to come outside because I had already walked out. She came outside ready to fight. Someone seriously needs to train people better and actually care about the restaurant. If you're going to be in that business, you should make sure you have what you're offering. we have actually been in there, and one of the young women behind the counter had noise cancellation earphones on the other one was trying to help everyone but they didn't have hardly anything put out, but said it was in the bag but they wouldn't go get it another situation, I've been waiting to make an order in the store, and there was one person behind the counter, who did not even acknowledge us, and then the other employee came out of the bathroom to take care of our order. I will say, though she did wash her hands.They hire kids who have not been trained properly and then there is NO one there to supervise them. If you're going to own a store you should really take pride in it if not why even bother! I could honestly keep going but this would seriously become a book! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! They are just nasty! And when you can see the employees underwear you know to turn and run!!!!!

Several times I have been disappointed at this location on Samien Lane and Moore's Chapel Rd Food Lion Shopping Center. They run out of tuna, yet that is the sub I want. One day I can get my Veterans discount 10% and a few days later other people are working there and say they don't know how to do the discount and claim it is not available. The guy who made my sandwich had his pants hanging way down so you could see his red underwear. Glad they did not give me the discount. I was uneasy about the casual way the sandwich was made by someone who can not even pull up their pants to cover their underwear disgusting, so I told them that's okay they can eat the sub. I will drive to another subway next time.Signed FED UP
