There's no belief in customer service. The employees are rude and disrespectful like its cool and normal. They need to learn today customer service, respect and kindness...
Went to get an Avocado Sub. They did have any avocado or banana peppers. The sub I did have is advertised to have 26g of protein. That can’t be true. It just had turkey meat and a few veggies.

Stores listed hours says open until 10pm just went and it was closed and it’s 8:13pm.
Food is fine but they locked the doors at 830 instead of 10 it says
I thought they had gotten better since I was told they had a new manager, but boy was I wrong. I was third in line and the staff that was making the sandwiches looked like she did not want to be there. My turn to order and the lady just asked what did I want. She didn't even bother to say hello..., After I told her what I wanted she put the meat and cheese on the bread and slid it down the counter. She then asked the person behind me what they wanted. The next worker was a little nicer, she did smile at least. I asked the lady who was the manager and she pointed to the first lady. Right then I knew I wouldn't be coming back to this Subways. If that's how the manager acts I can't imagine how the rest of the staff is.

I’ve been to this subway 3 times, there should be no reason why you are out of bread. Night shift sucks. They are lazy & don’t seem to care. 3 times in 1 month is insane so I had to leave this review. Smh

Ever since this store has had new staff the service and food is excellent. Everyone has agreat attitude and is always helpful and patient. The store is clean and what I want is available. I will definitely be returning now.

Our Subway on Little Rock Road had closed down and we were never so happy when they reopened every person I know are happy that we have our Subway back with wonderful people I think that is why they had to close in order to get the staff they desperately needed they now have a wonderful staff wonderful service and food like I say if the people are happy in any job everything else is a natural yay for Subway

they clearly seen me walking in and doesnt saying anything about them being close untill i walk in. The sign clearly says 9pm they close, mind you im walking in at 8:10. Shows that there being very lazy.

I noticed a clear lack of cleanliness at the location, which gives a negative impression of the level of care and hygiene. Additionally, the staff member ignored me even though I was clearly standing in line to place an order. This reflects a lack of respect for customers. I hope the necessary steps will be taken to improve both service and cleanliness moving forward.

Two times this month i order online and once i get there its closed. No sign no nothing. I call for a refund and im told the owner has to approve it first, i go to the store and the owner is “never there”.
Your employee is refusing service because she is having a bad day. You should of stayed at the house, but now your on company time getting paid to do nothing.and going subway a bad name . You are stealing frome the company. You need to be fired.
