I noticed a clear lack of cleanliness at the location, which gives a negative impression of the level of care and hygiene. Additionally, the staff member ignored me even though I was clearly standing in line to place an order. This reflects a lack of respect for customers. I hope the necessary steps will be taken to improve both service and cleanliness moving forward.

Two times this month i order online and once i get there its closed. No sign no nothing. I call for a refund and im told the owner has to approve it first, i go to the store and the owner is “never there”.

Every time I visit, I leave disappointed. Yesterday, no bread. Today, no Italian Herb & Cheese because it was burnt, and no provolone for a meatball sub. This place just keeps missing the mark—won’t be coming back.

The young woman with the bad attitude and the guy with tattoos all on his face was horrible. Did not place my food on anything to prepare it so I I'm really sad. I want another one. They did that but once I got my rap they did not have a ranch mayonnaise or the soda I wanted when I paid I had got one price but then I paid. She said I paid a tip. Also I would not go back here cuz a tip is automatically added to your cost. Hope the manager sees this and I would love to go in there while he's there or she's there to discuss. I will not be going back to this place so I probably wouldn't see them. You guys beware

1st time I came there was 1 lady working and was out of alot of things, which I understood since it was just her. So we gave it a 2nd chance and this time multiple employees but out of everything bc it wasn't cut up. Do you guys not do food prep? There was no rereason to be out of so much stuff. And please know the menu and what goes on each numbered item.

the woman working on 9/16 at 10:30am was fantastic, she greeted me when i walked in and was so polite in making my order, which is hard to find these days! thank you! she deserves recognition! also what a nice clean restaurant!!

Oof, this is a rough one. Came in around 11:30am. They were out of white bread, grilled chicken, Buffalo chicken, cheddar cheese, onions, avocado…and those were just the things I wanted, I’m sure there’s more. The tomatoes were old, mushy and at least an inch thick. Zero care or customer service. I can honestly say ive never been a subway this bad. Even the ones in the gas stations are better.

It's a different kind of Subway. It's a hit or miss. It's convenient for me because it's not far from where I live and some days they have some bread and some days they don't.
