Picked up two deliveries there. They were fast in preparation of the orders. The two that were working were very polite. I have since returned several times and ordered food that was excellent ?.

Doors locked, stores open, the lady inside just stared at us and talked on her phone. I'm just confused and annoyed mainly, no sign, nothing. Just a blank stare and some girl on her phone.

Closed before it is supposed to be. Online it says 8. On the window it says 10. They were closed at 7 for some reason.

I ordered a meal combo. The fresh juicer machine was out of order and my only option was the normal soda machine. I politely requested a drink from the cooler as I do not drink soda. I was told that I would have to pay extra?? I then told them that it was ok and went to sit to have my meal..only to hear the so called "supervisor" on staff relate to me in Spanish curses to the other staff member. She obviously did not know I spoke Spanish and how they were referring to me was completely disrespectful. After finishing meal, I asked an employee for the person's name that was cursing in Spanish and this employee denied that that was the case and that the person that was cursing at me, was the supervisor??..I deserve to be refunded for my meal. This Subway has lost my business!!

Neither dark haired female nor dark haired guy were friendly. Ordered online for pick up. Picked up, had never done it before. The girl allowed me to walk out of the store with just the subs, no chips, no cookies, and no soda. I came back and she basically was like “oh I was wondering” but initially she didn’t stop me to tell me to pick up the rest of my order. Not a friendly place and not sure about their Covid measures as well. Seemed like they didn’t like their jobs. Subs were not toasted as requested either.

I purchased 4 sandwiches from this location. I specifically asked the worker if the bread was soft before she made the sandwiches. She said the bread was not hard. I get home and the bread is hard. I called back to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. After calling a few times I then go back to the store with the sandwiches and they are closed at 8:40 but their website says that they close at 9:00. I called the next morning and was told that the manager, Anna would not be in until Monday. The worker told me to bring the sandwiches back up there in which I told her that I didn’t have them anymore. I told her I brought them back that night but they were closed earlier than 9:00. The worker tells that although they close at 9:00 they will lock and close at 8:30 to clean up. Why do you say that you close at 9:00 but actually close the doors at 8:30? This is such bad business. This is the second time I have purchased sandwiches from here and the bread was not fresh. I will call on Monday to see what the manager will do. If she does not make the situation right I will not go back to that location again.

Have been to this location twice, I should have known better the first time when it was a terrible experience with their systems down and I had to wait nearly 40 mins to pay but I wanted to give them another try. Made an online order through the app for 3 subs for fast convenience. Got there and both employees two females were not wearing any masks, they were assisting two other customers and I noticed my subs sitting waiting to be made. It took an additional 15 mins for them to complete those in store customers. I just want to know why is their no manager on staff ? I’m sure the owner watches the cameras but to run a fast and efficient business you must have a good team. This only represents the owner of this location. I would not recommend this location ever. Take your business to another subway!Side not, the 3 subs were not toasted as requested on the app.

Ordered on app to get food without having to wait. Arrived on time, and NO subs were made. Then, continued to make other customer's subs while I waited. In total, it took them ONE HOUR to make 3 subs. Advise you to go elsewhere before coming to this location.

Went to this location the night before last. Despite the manager's email stating that there is no in store buy 2 get 1 free that is in fact what I got. The two employees continuously and needlessly kept passing the 3 sandwiches back and forth whilst asking a myriad of questions. Long story short the unorganized process led to my order being wrong. Since I got the 3rd unneeded sub (the only one properly made) myself and my girlfriend begrudgingly ate 2 of the 3. The third neither one of us wanted. I called the store and my only recourse was to return to the store and invest 30+ more minutes of my time on these sandwich artists' art. I declined and contacted the manager via email. In essence I was blamed for the problem but was told that the employees would be trained further to avoid this in the future (which would be indicative of an employee error). Bottom line with Jimmy John's, which wich, jersey mikes, and even harris teeter and publix so readily available in the area why even go to this subway when you could have a superior sandwich extremely close by. And while I have had sandwiches from all of these other places without error I feel confident they would not simply try to later blame me.

Just came.bak from there ...the customer frny of me was getting help from on of your employees but she was not even care to ask wat customer wan on sandwiches or make sandwiches fast she can...I stood there fr 5 ton10 min so she can finish there oder and take care of me but she still was not done with their first sandwich....so other grl came out to help and took care of me in few minutes and plus she took other person oder too but other grl was still wrking on customer ahead of me on way slow....I think either they dont wrk as a team or they dont like eachothers???

The girl that helped me was very friendly and patient. She waited patiently while my 2 kids made up their mind on what they wanted to eat. She was extremely friendly and I was happy to see that. (Most people seem like they hate their jobs)

Would not recommend. The COVID measures were a major concern upon my visit. Everything appeared good upon entry. I later noticed an employee with a face mask on but not over mouth or nose while talking around food. For anyone that is not aware, COVID can be spread by talking through respiratory droplets. I understand the discomfort that comes with wearing masks throughout a workday. That does not excuse threatening public safety by not wearing a mask correctly. I ended up throwing the sandwich away, didn't even eat it.
