I would not recommend this Subway to anyone. My first issue is that one of the cashiers was in such a rush she did not allow me to enter my phone number for rewards, I asked her if I could enter it, and she told me that they do not do that (which was a lie I have done it before at that specific location). I just asked for my receipt and entered the information in manually via the app..
My second issue was December 16th, I visited this location again and this time my order had a hair in it (since none of their employees wears any type of hairnet, visor, or hat). After getting home and discovering this, I turned right around to go back to Subway, and since I left, they would not remake it.
Both times I have experienced an issue at this location, the employees say that a manager needed to be there in order to get any kind of remake or refunds. The manager only works Monday through Friday 8A – 4P. I too
have a full-time job, working similar hours, and cannot get in to see the manager at those times. Like any normal person, since I could not make it in I have tried calling multiple times since December 16th!!. Unfortunately no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is not set up to leave a voicemail, so it automatically hangs up on me.
So yes, I essentially paid for a sub that I was not able to eat and have not received any kind of resolution.
I strongly suggest that anyone, considering the Subway, skip the convenience, save your time and money and go to a different location.

Subway quality of food versus prices just doesn't measure up well compared to other similar places like jersey Mike's firehouse subs. The salads especially.

No bread. Terrible portion sizes. Workers act like you're and inconvenience to their time. Needs to shut down or new management. They dont care

Horrible service, mexican adult in his 50s right off rude with the customers for no reason, just went there and asked what breads they have and he replied saying no bread and I could literally see breads behind him.
Feel like he doesn’t want to work at all better to replace him or he will keep on giving bad attitude towards customers.

Horrible customer service, toppings aren’t fresh, and the lady said they didn’t take coupons but had a coupon scanner. You just need to do better. All the employees seemed so lost in there.

Finally made a decision not to ever order from this location. I've given this location too many chances for the past 3 or 4 visits. The customer service at this location is not good at all. The older gentleman is very nonchalant and rude. The women in there aren't very pleasant to talk to. No one smiles and they are not customer friendly. I've ordered online and got to the store to find out there's no flatbread which is my preferred bread choice. So I stopped ordering online. This last time I ordered in-store and they actually had flatbread. I purchased two footlongs, sat in the restaurant and the flatbread tasted like a thin sheet of paper. No softness, not fluffy, very distasteful. Did something change with the make of the flatbread? It's extremely thin. I asked for a remake and the lady said the bread is hard because I wanted it toasted. I spent $28 and thought about the many other restaurants I could have spent $28 on and enjoyed my lunch. That was it for me. I couldn't even redeem my birthday cookie!

I give 2 stars to the service just because the other girl served us very nicely, but the lady who served us first was so arrogant, my mom told her clearly that she wanted the Italian bread with cheese, but the lady hurriedly wanted to place the order In a hurry she grabbed the wrong one, we told her that she grabbed the wrong one and she tried to correct us so that next time we should order the correct one, we have been ordering food from this specific subway for years, but they should work more on customer hospitality, after we apologized she He threw the bread in the oven. With that desire to serve, even the food tastes bad.

Unsanitary Had the tea just sitting there.No top on canister, it was exposed for what ever to drop inside of it, I even took a picture, I couldn't believe people where using it, I could see If this was for personal use, but public consumption this is very unsafe, You're serving everyone who coughs over top of its bacteria, as well as God forbid someone wanted to spit or place something in it.
