At 8:00 PM, I took my son to the location connected to the gas station to get a sandwich. The worker at the register told us it would take 30 minutes because she needed to finish online orders first. It was 8:00 PM, not 8:30 PM, and the store was not closing. Her tone and attitude were very rude, which made the situation uncomfortable, so we decided to leave without ordering. This was disappointing, especially since we were simply trying to get my child something to eat.

Not allowed to eat inside. Don't enter through circle k as there's bars preventing the pass through. Two employees bickering. Drink fountain pours wrong thing. Never again.

They cancel my order Right when I walk to the store to get it, it was confirmed online payment was took out a bank. A nasty lady came to the door with an attitude and said she’s gonna call the cops if we didn’t leave for food. We already paid for this happened on 10/12/ 2025 And the worst thing is, she said she was calling the cops for no reason. Why are you working at a place if you don’t wanna work at it and why are you holding the door shut? No one is messing with you. The store should not be open if they don’t have people to work there and wanting to work you cannot have a system up and say that is open if you can’t take order like that. They better hope they give my money back online the easy way they took it out the easy way they could put it right back.

I have had extremely negative experiences at this Subway location. The staff here are consistently rude and unprofessional. Today, one of the employees — a Black woman — was constantly mocking me while I was ordering. This is not the first time; during my last visit, they were also unhelpful and openly mocking my friends. The only exception is the white woman who works here — she’s always been kind and sweet. The service is unacceptable, and the disrespect is beyond belief. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. I will never return to this location.

I just came to this location, door says close at 9:30 It’s 8:30, employees inside and the door was locked. No even a note on the door to explain why the door was locked with employees inside. We pulled on the door and they did not acknowledge us. We walked away and 3 other customers walked up and did the same thing and had to walk away as well. 5 missed sales. Not worth the drive.

One employee puts her gloves on without washing her hands. She then proceeds to touch all over her clothes with gloved hands. She became upset when I requested that she replace them with clean gloves. Still no hand wash before changing gloves. Employees need retraining before they sicken someone.
