I have had extremely negative experiences at this Subway location. The staff here are consistently rude and unprofessional. Today, one of the employees — a Black woman — was constantly mocking me while I was ordering. This is not the first time; during my last visit, they were also unhelpful and openly mocking my friends. The only exception is the white woman who works here — she’s always been kind and sweet. The service is unacceptable, and the disrespect is beyond belief. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. I will never return to this location.

I just came to this location, door says close at 9:30 It’s 8:30, employees inside and the door was locked. No even a note on the door to explain why the door was locked with employees inside. We pulled on the door and they did not acknowledge us. We walked away and 3 other customers walked up and did the same thing and had to walk away as well. 5 missed sales. Not worth the drive.

Very fast service. Located inside a 7-11 gas station. Food was same Subway quality. Would visit again.

One employee puts her gloves on without washing her hands. She then proceeds to touch all over her clothes with gloved hands. She became upset when I requested that she replace them with clean gloves. Still no hand wash before changing gloves. Employees need retraining before they sicken someone.

For the past 4 months coming. They always saying there EBT is down but only accepting card or only accepting cash. I'm starting to think the store is doing that on purpose to not service aß many people. Honestly don't know but from what keep happening that's what it looks like. GM PLEASE COMMENT SO I CAN SPEAK WITH YOU. I need a clear understanding of what's going on. I only got to use the EBT version one time and that was last year some time.

Me and my friend went last night to order 7 subs the guy didn’t have a problem but the coworker Jordan went in the office and was yelling telling he could only make me 5 subs I Said well I get 5 and my friend will order 2 she said no cause we came in together so I was like what’s the difference from it’s 2 order she than told the boy not to make any subs very rude and disrespectful

Poor customer service. I commenced to walk in and through the line like every other subway is set up and there were three chairs blocking the entrance. I went through the opposite way. There were three workers no one acknowledged me there was no one else in line. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Maya hello we'll be right with you. Something. So I asked who would take my order because no one said anything. The ladies says we'll be with you we'll make other sandwiches. They finally took my order. I mentioned that they weren't friendly. The lady said I'm only required to ask you what you want on your sandwich. The other starts mouthing off about me having an attitude. I didn't have an attitude. I was surprised of their lack of courtesy. Then I could hear them talking about me when I went to the gas station connected. Extremely unprofessional. I always leave a tip. Not this time.
