Came for sandwich and got a whole bunch of drama and tea. Very unprofessional store. The manager on duty didn't diffuse the situation and proceed to complain about making sandwiches after her employees abandon their posts. All over because the oven beeping wasn't turned off in a timely fashion. It went on for 10 mins and Noone could address it . I came for the sandwich but stayed for the drama of it all.

I wish I can give Big ZERO Stars, ordered online at 1 P.M. for to pick up at 3.10 P.M. when i went to.pick up Order was not ready lady named and told me that she is won my sandwiches. And I waited in the car for 17 minutes then went back again the same lady said still they are working on the sandwiches. Once again I have to wait for another 13 minutes to get my sandwiches.That lady said sorry for delay and come back on Friday give you free sandwiches then went back on Friday one of the employee said she is gone for the day, if she is not keeping her words she shouldn't say anything.Once again I ordered veggie sandwiches next day on 03-7-2024, went at the pick up counter one of the girl who was doing some thing at the register and dropped some money on the safe And all that time I was standing for 3 minutes with out asking me just left. After a minute one more lady came and said I should say something, what you mean do I have to beg for my sandwiches, No courtesy in first place first of all that 4 minutes waited, instead of greeting customer what they want , completely non sense and after that one more guy came out all of them all over me.Worst ever customer service experienced.

Absolutely horrible!!. They literally threw black pepper all over my sandwich even all over the bread, that I ordered through DoorDash. And they left out ingredients, but poured on all types of other stuff that I did not order. And the sandwich look like they dropped it picked up the ingredients, and put it back on the bread. Absolutely unacceptable!. I will never purchase another sandwich from them.

Clean and always gets my sandwiches correct. Those cookies are baked well as well. Most of the staff is sweet and serves to you with a smile. However there is one new lady that seems militant. Shes seems bossy and angry about life. I showed her respect the whole time i was ordering but when it came to checkout she seemed impatient that my card declined and i had to turn it back on. It took me seconds to do but there she was huffing and puffing like i was holding up the line. It was just me in there?. Whoever this lady is please find someone else. Shes a nasty person and i no longer want to deal with her at checkout nor during preparation of my food.

Not sure when the staff here was switched but the new bulldyke Caucasian lady running this place has a very bad attitude problem and she was very much unprovoked and obviously does not work well under pressure I understand rushes during lunch but you can at least treat your paying customers with some respect. I ordered 5 footlongs just now and The lady damn near threw one of my sandwiches at me because I asked If I can get one of my sandwiches remade. I didn't get to add any condiments or anything to my sandwich. This needs to be addressed on a professional level.

This location is attached to a gas station. The restaurant itself was clean and had nice tables with outlets at each table around the walls to allow for charging your devices. The workers were friendly and helpful. I had to place my order through their app to take advantage of a promotion code. The sandwiches were made quickly and were made as ordered. There were people hanging out outside the convenience store entrance, which made it seem a little less safe, but they weren't being threatening at all. So, overall, this is a good place to eat.

I placed an order online and when I got there the doors were locked even though it was 8 and the store closes at 10. Tried calling but it was disconnected. Can't ever get in touch with the corporate number either.
