The people working here are very very rude. They don’t even know that if a party is ordering more than one sub they need to mark down. I got like 6 foot longs and staff don’t know what they packed in what and they don’t have sauces… refused to refill it and provide, just oil and vinegar….. owner really need to change the staff they are worst….

Sticky floors, poorly stocked drink lids, texting employee, chairs on tables so that you can only sit at one of three locations - one of which is where the employee sits to relax in between customers (maybe sitting next to them and making it awkward would get them back behind the counter?), another booth needs to be cleaned, strangely quiet in the building as if music is usually playing but nothing is happening here. So all in all it’s a pretty average subway experience which is far below average compared to other restaurants at the same price point.

I recently visited the Subway at and had a very disappointing experience. First off, the black lady refused to accept the coupons I had, which was frustrating because I specifically chose Subway based on those deals. The staff was not only unhelpful but also rude when I politely asked about it.
To make matters worse, I requested my cookies to be heated, and they completely ignored my request. The cookies were handed to me cold and stale, which was very disappointing.
Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the staff's attitude left a lot to be desired. I expect better from a brand like Subway. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Poor service. The lady appeared disinterested in making sandwich.I ordered chicken sandwich and she threw half of the chicken on floor while toasting and the way she added sauce on my sandwich made me run away from the store. I would never ever go to this location.

I just went into this location and received the worst service I've ever had here. Upon entering I wasn't greeted, I patiently waited for one employee to finish sweeping while the other appeared to be dodging work by slipping off to the kitchen while I and another gentleman waited! Once we finally got a chance to order, the attitude of the sandwich tech was soooo bad I just left!! I'll never return here, Jersey Mike's will get my money from now on!! Lazy and unmotivated is how it describe the dynamic duo!

I get there at 8:52 pm. I ask what time they close, the girl said 9:00. I ask for the manager. She won't talk to me just motioning they're closed. I responded that I got here before closing to get a sandwich to take home. She said they have to get home as they close at 8:50 pm. The door says 9 pm. The service and lack of care for the customer is deplorable. This Subway needs to go out of business.
