Everything about this subway is trash even though I pick a different restaurant and I ordered on line they continue to give this one my order will not willingly go to the subway on brookshire

I came here after work on Monday, around 5 in the afternoon. There were two people ahead of me in line, and two employees behind the counter. I couldn't help but realize that the young female employee was assisting both customers while the older employee was doing nothing. He could've assisted me, but instead chose to watch her struggle. Honestly feel bad for her. Management needs to do better. I bet they're getting paid the same.

They are not making sandwich as I ordered and they overcharged my credit card. I called them and they said they will refund the money. I had to call by bank to dispute the transaction. Please, check your credit card after purchasing from this place. Anyway it was a bad experience

Rude . Unfriendly, don’t take coupons and leaned over my food with her jacket rubbing all over my sandwich, had an attitude bout more lettuce for the sub .

Had Door Dash order. 2 subs arrived and they had the right meat on them but switched the toppings from one sandwich to the other. Did not provide the potato chips that were paid for either. I called and told them what happened and they told me they could remake the sandwiches but they would not deliver. I had already paid to have it delivered and it was clearly their fault. I relented and drove to the location. They remade the sandwich that i watched closely. The subs were supposed to be toasted. I caught the lady grabbing for lettuce on my non toasted sandwich and asked "Isn't that supposed to be toasted" and she stopped and toasted it. She was reading the receipt and was still about to make another mistake. The second sandwich which was my coworkers, was to be be toasted as well and they didn't until after the veggies were put on the sandwich. instead of remaking it to get it right, they put it in the toaster with lettuce on it. I said "why are you toasting a sandwich with lettuce on it". The lady smiled and said "sorry". She proceeded to wrap up the sub and put it in the bag. Another patron was next to me and said "I was wondering that as well, that's nasty". I grabbed the bag, still without the chips, and said to the other patron " I,m not waiting for them to make it a 3rd time". I grabbed my bag and left. Never coming back or ordering Door Dash from here again!

My coworker picked up my order for lunch. I text her a screenshot of my order where I paid an extra 40 cents for a bottle of coke instead of a fountain drink… owner refused to give her the bottle of coke I paid extra for and said she could only get a fountain drink.

I walked in to find mushy olives, slimy cucumbers and brown lettuce. I'll never eat a sub with bad ingredients. What a bad store for allowing bad ingredients to go on people's subs. Don't bother coming here if you want a fresh sub. Because Idian people don't care about quality.

We are a local business right down the street from them. We have had many of problems with this subway and it makes us not want to go back. Sometimes we will try them out and it’s bad business every time. just went there and it is the last time we will eat there. Ordered our food, got to the register and they don’t take coupons at that store, They had the coupon scanner but apparently don’t take coupons. i would not recommend this subway!
