Yet ANOTHER disappointing experience with this specific Subway. I opted to have my order delivered, despite the outrageous price gouge. Upon inspection, as I've learned to do with orders from this location, I find a hair. I called in & they let me know that I would have to bring the sandwich in, to get another made. I let them know I didn't drive myself today, so I did not have a vehicle, WHICH IS WHY I CHOSE DELIVERY. No accommodations were made. They didn't offer me a refund, or even an apology. I've spoken with CORPORATE twice about this particular location & wouldn't you know, they were of no help either. It is so hard to get customer service these days & I could not be any more disgusted. As I have warned, this is the LAST time I will do any business with Subway. I will tell all of my family, friends, acquaintances of my experiences & be sure that EVERYONE knows how you guys do business. Thanks for nothing, as I will have yet another lunch delivered in. Keep an eye out for the Health Department :)

I ordered online and they got my whole order wrong. No Buffalo sauce on my Buffalo ranch chicken sub. Nor did I get the banana pepper I asked for as well. Also found a long hair in one of the subs. Just plain nasty

OMG! Terrible customer service. Employees act as if they don't want to be there. There was a fly trapped in with the cookies; I told the employee and he just ignored me and didn't even bother looking. I said it again and he just gave me a blank stare.

This particular Subway was great. Subway sandwiches are always wonderful but the dude at the register there was awesome. He was very polite and tried to help my fiancee and I any way he could I wish I knew his name I would definitely blast it on here hoping his manager might see it and show him some appreciation some how. Thanks dude at the register at Subway in Charlotte off of Graham St I think.

So when their door says they close at 8pm, but they turn away service 25 minutes before they close, shouldn't they update their hours to being closed at 7:30pm? Usually when youre open that generally means you're taking customers.

Absolutely terrible! Shelly from here has the worst customer service and they made none of my order right. I paid $68 for garbage. I also have a hungry work crew. They don’t rectify their problems people have.

I’ve never wrote a review for subway before but I needed to share that the young man in there tonight was extremely kind to us customers who arrived after the closing time and very helpful to his co worker who may have been new! I hate that I didn’t get his name however he was a younger looking African American male . I really do appreciate you for going the extra mile today !
