Awesome vibe, indoor and outdoor. Friendly staff. Relaxed and welcoming! Beer is delicious. We got Pilsners. They also have a full bar. Food is very good. Comes out fast and hot. Highly recommend!

Great first visit to SPB! We had the American burger, the kids chicken tenders/fries and kids grilled cheese with fries. The burger was "fine". The side salad was great quality but was mostly apples and little kale....maybe it's mixed up in a big batch and when they scooped out a serving, it just so happened to get all the apples? the hand battered tenders and the grilled cheese on the sourdough roll were fantastic BUT THE FRIES!!! They were the star of the night!! YUM! We had a couple mixed drinks that were made just how we liked them. I couldn't believe how quickly the drinks came out. It was impressive. My husband will skip the burger next time and try the Reuben instead. We can't wait to come back! It was a little tricky to find. It's between Dick's and The Container store

A security guard in Southpark mall recommended this place to us as we were looking for a place to have lunch. We were greeted by a friendly host who explained the beers and food to us. Mimi took wonderful care of us and was extremely personable and friendly. She makes an incredible Old Fashioned. Coming here for lunch was one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant in a very long time, well done Suffolk Brewing!!

Danielle was our waitress & she was knowledgeable & all around great! Hubby had Rueben sandwich with side of Brussels Sprouts ($3 up charge) & loved it. I had the veggie burger & it was ok. The veggie burger is a brown rice veggie patty made in-house. I am a spice-wimp, which means I can handle very little spicy things. To me the burger was very spicy. Personally I would not order it again. We were seated in a cozy cove off to the side, which we loved. There is an open air "cafeteria table style" area in the back for large groups. Unfortunately, we did not try any beer on this adventure! Sorry!!

Last night was 3rd visit to the Southpark location for dinner to meet a former co-worker. Neither prior visit was remarkable, but convenient spot to meet. Arrived 6pm on a Tuesday night, he was already seated at table on patio having a beer. Typical business crowd, less than 50% patio full. We each decide to order wings. There are no servers assigned, so we each place order via QR on table. Just wings. Our order comes out in 15-20 min, mine is wrong (ordered naked wings, they covered in sauce). No problem, they'll redo mine. He asks the food runner (since we still haven't seen a server) if we can get silverware and napkins to eat. Sure, he says. NO Napkins or silverware ever get delivered. No server to ask and no staff stop by table to ask if food/service is okay. Meanwhile, he finishes his dinner and my wings are nowhere to be seen. An employee (manager maybe?) stops by and says my order is "coming out now." Okay so I'll eat alone, no biggie. ANOTHER 20 MIN PASSES...still no wings. My friend has long finished his meal, washed up in bathroom (never got napkins or silverware!) and finished his 2nd beer waiting for me to get my dinner. Finally I find a staff member and have them chase my order down. More than ONE HOUR to get a simple order of $16 wings... which are eh. Ordered extra crispy (def not) but no way am I sending them back! And there's no one to ask anyway. No manager stops to apologize or even acknowledge the issue. And for all that ... I noticed I was automatically charged 20% tip on the full bill including tax! For horrible service, very average food, no silverware or napkins, and get your own water...offensive to say the least!

This place is so cool! The vibe is so exciting and it has so much room. The selection of food is great. The only downfall is you have to order it on your phone and go get it when it's ready. I would much prefer ordering it from a server.there's a great outdoor patio space and plenty of seating for everyone!

Food is meh. Prices high for what you get, even for South Park. Biggest issue is the self service model. Trying to charge these level of prices and offering self service is not going to work. Ordered a charcuterie tray - someone set it down and said “would you like individual plates”. We said “yes” and he said “you can grab them from that shelf over there.” Sorry guys - too many good places with good service for this to work. Transition to proper restaurant service and we might try again.

We had a group dinner here last night and it was amazing! From the service at the bar before we were seated to the service at dinner. Our waitress was great. She was great about checking in on us and split the check up for over 10 of us( not always easy). I had the shrimp tacos which were delicious! I had never been to Suffolk Punch but will certainly be back!!

Last night we had a fantastic experience with food and the wait staff at Suffolk Punch SouthPark. We had a large party of women and they did wonderful job accommodating our every need.... I will definitely be back I can't thank them enough for making our evening great!!

Sat in the picnic table area. Ordered via QR. they need to do a better job on their menu so you know if you're getting a 12oz or 16oz drink. I know there are special brews that come In 12oz but they need to clarify I. The menu. This difference caused angst amongst our group as to why the difference and finally asked the manager. I paid Apple Pay. Did I tip the servers? I can't tell
