After an afternoon of shopping I took some food home to go for my daughters…while eating my youngest found a roach in her food. I returned to the mall with food -and roach- in tow and spoke to the worker and supervisor/manager in duty who offered to replace the food…I politely declined and asked for a refund. They agreed but weeks later I am still waiting. So yea…I’d advise you not to eat here🤢🤮🤮🤮

Disappointing Experience at Sushi Hana – Unclear Time Limit and Unprofessional Treatment
On Saturday, December 14, 2024, we had our company Christmas dinner at Sushi Hana. We were all looking forward to the evening as it was our first visit to this restaurant. Our reservation was for 5:00 PM, and we arrived on time. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table. The staff gave us a brief explanation of how the ordering process works.
Up to this point, everything was fine. The food was tasty, and the service was friendly. The first dishes arrived at 5:30 PM. But then came the shock: At 6:40 PM – after just 1 hour and 40 minutes – we were told that our time was up and that we had to leave the restaurant.
This is completely unacceptable. There was no mention of a time limit for "All You Can Eat" on the website, during our reservation, or during the introduction at the table. For a company dinner, you expect to enjoy a relaxed evening with colleagues, not be rushed out the door.
Paying $350 for less than 2 hours of dining is outrageous – especially when the time limit is not clearly communicated. We had two “big eaters” in the group, but most of us ate slowly and expected a calm, enjoyable evening together. Instead, we were put under pressure and abruptly asked to leave.
Conclusion: The food was delicious, but the way guests are treated here is absolutely disappointing. If there is a time limit, it must be clearly stated — on the website, during the reservation process, and at the very latest when guests are seated. Without this transparency, it feels like a rip-off. Sadly, this experience left a bad taste, and we will not be returning.

Chicken & Shrimp plate was good. The vegetables available was Cabbage with onions, skimpy on the broccoli in the mix. That day I wanted a plate with a variety of vegetables.

RUDE DO MOT EAT HERR! I wa just looking at the menu and she said “ you not ready?” Then she old the person behind me to get in front of me! Literally was looking for less than a minute
I came in here this past Tuesday night right before the mall closed and ordered rice with teriyaki chicken and peppered chicken and got food poisoning!!! ??? I’m so mad. I will NOT be eating here ever again!!

The do false advertising. Teriyaki shrimp picture show veggies mixed in the shrimp. They said you have to buy it as a side. They put very little sauce on the food and charge too much for a small portion. They are cheap on the ingredients, charge you a high price for poorly made cheated food. It's like they are trying to save on their ingredients and make you have less food for a crazy price. Cheating customers for a profit.They don't care about their customers at all. Don't ever eat there. Choose the Asian restaurant beside them instead.
