Folks, listen. It's a mall, fast food place. Right there should tell you to not set the expectations to high in any category. With that being said, their peak time where quality is best is around lunch time. If you deviate from that, you could guess the rest. Its supposed to be fried, high sodium, covered in sauces that you have no idea what is in them. If you wanted different it's simple, go to a fancy, sit down, table cloth covered Asian restaurant and spend more money....
