We went to celebrate our anniversary & the first thing they did was take our picture & printed it out for us. The staff made us feel special right from the start! It was our first time but definitely not our last.

The food was delicious Liam was amazing! Everything was fresh the dessert was fabulous the carrot cake the carrot cake was huge and delicious and so so rich! I will back next week!

The food and atmosphere are always great. My food was cooked perfectly. Michael was my waiter, and he was phenomenal.

They brought me the wrong dish. Manager came and apologized after they brought the correct one. However they took my silverware so I sat there for over ten minutes with my food before they brought me a new fork. So my sea bass was cold and it was so salty I couldn't even eat it. No compensation for anything. Then waited forever for the server to take my bill. Overall not a great first impression

Good food, but the service was slow. We had finished our main course by the time the sides came out. They comped our bill which was kind, but things were just off.

My boyfriend and I went here for date night, and it was pretty good overall. The only thing I didn't love was the service — I had to wait on my wine several times, and the server didn't check on us much. However, he was very polite!

It's always a great experience. The servers, waiters and staff are always pleasant. s/o to Darryl last night for the great hospitality and we had a great laugh before dessert. The banana foster bread pudding with ice cream does two things, make my wife say you better get your own and it always make me say I can't wait to come back. Until the next time thank you.

i just don't get it. We were given a 100 gift card from our last experience to come back. Service was great this time. Soup sides were great excellent also. You eat with your eyes and when your first impression is "who cut that" it's hard to enjoy the experience. I kept my mouth shut and said "nothing, its fine" to my wife who noticed the obvious disappointment on my face when they set the plate down. You need to look at what your serving before setting it down. Someone has to know this is not the presentation we want to give. I can't understand how it gets past the chef who is first line of defense and should have set it aside and lastly the waiter who could have said "you sure you want to send this out". Bone in Ribeye about 3 inches on one end to 3/4 thick on the other. Obviously an end cut or drunk butcher! This then makes it hard to achieve a consistent temperature. We appreciate the 100.00 gift card but unfortunately we're going to pass on Sullivans.

Grayson was fantastic! He was super attentive and made our dining experience wonderful. The cheesesteak egg rolls were delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly rare and creamed spinach is a must! Overall, we had a great experience!

We had not been to Sullivan's in a number of years but it used to be one of our very favorites. So for Restaurant Week we decided to go back. It was a terrible experience, start to finish! First of all we sat for 20 minutes before we saw anyone to ask why no one had been to our table. They halfway apologized and sent a waiter to our table. They had only left one Restaurant Week menu and he immediately started downplaying it and recommending upgrades because the steak shrink during cooking and it wouldn't be enough food. One of party ordered a Crown Royal and Diet Coke. They brought just a plain Diet Coke. Ok people make mistakes and he went to get the correct drink and took the Diet Coke away, could he not have just left it? BTW the drinks are outrageously priced! Our food was just ok, one of the filets had a lot of fat. The mashed potatoes were not fluffy at all and the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was overcooked. To add insult to injury, the waiter brought our checks to the table “with” the dessert plates. He didn't say “no rush” or anything. He needs some retraining because all he cared about is upselling as much as he could rather than providing good service. Maybe that is the way he was trained, if so, no wonder Sullivans has gone downhill so much! We will not make the mistake of trying them again!

A lovely experience at Sullivan's Steakhouse yesterday evening. My girlfriend and I thought the steaks were outstanding and melted in our mouths. The cheesecake was light and delicious with fresh strawberries. We tried the smoking bourbon special which was top notch also. We will be back!

Great food. Although crab soup was a little salty. Filet was cooked to perfection. Creamed spinach was delicious . Grayson our server was very polite and attentive.
