Great coffee, nice place with friendly service. Acoustics are good. I got a coffee and a chocolate croissant with lots of chocolate heated up. Yum. Recommend this place for hanging out or doing computer work.

Vibe inside was off, I guess that comes with the territory of going to this location during working hours. Service was ok. I had no idea the cold foam was pre made and came out of a container or I would not have paid extra to have that on my coffee...

The coffee is good, and cafe itself is nice, but service is always terrible. SUPER slow no matter what day or time of day, and they never call out orders (by name, what they are, or even just common sense by who is sitting around waiting) and just silently and stealthy place them on the “to go” shelf, which is SUPER annoying as you never know when your drink is ready, and even more annoying when you have cold foam and it starts to melt because the employees can’t be bothered to do something so simple as just calling out a name. I’ve never known of any other coffee shop to operate this way.

The best matcha in town!! Add blueberry syrup during the summer months- it’s delish!!

My husband had a mocha latte and I had the matcha latte. Quick service and delicious drinks. I would come back to this location if I lived in Charlotte. They did have overnight oats I would have tried if we were going to breakfast after stopping here.

My coffee was super yummy. There was only one person working there with a pretty big crowd, so it took a little while, but the coffee was worth the wait.

I got an iced latte with raspberry syrup and it was ok, coffee was a little bitter and needed more milk so I asked to get some and it tasted a bit better.
