Got a salted caramel birthday cake. It looked beautiful but the taste was bland. The cake was dense. The icing thin. If you hadn’t told me it was salted caramel I am not sure I could have identified the flavor. 7 people ate a piece and the only comment was “the cake is really dense.” Not one positive comment.

One of the best iced lattes I’ve ever had! I consider myself quite picky when it comes to espresso and theirs is incredible and perfectly balanced. I should have gotten a few baked goods! Will def be back.

Went in today to get an iced cinnamon latte. It took like 15 minutes after I ordered to get it.. once I did the syrup they use was all the way at the bottom I put the straw in to try and mix it.. the only thing that came out was the syrup it was clogged in the straw it wouldn’t mix. I go to the counter and tell them I get it remade and i got the same thing. It was so gross and upsetting

Terrible black coffee! Spent 20 minutes here waiting for my to go order, coffee was acidic and unpleasant. Food was mediocre at best.

We were visiting Ballantyne and this was the first place we went and it set the perfect vibe for the rest of our stay! We loved how many bakery items this place had to offer, and the staff was amazing!! Not to mention that this place is definitely kid friendly. We sat outside and they brought our food outside for us, and overall just the sweetest people!! 10/10 I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Love the sandwiches and large selection of everything. Tons of kinds of drinks, food, and baked goods. The sandwiches are very enjoyable, and I really appreciate the quality of the bread.

First time visiting this location and the chocolate chip cookies were yummy! Raphaella was delightful and help me pick just the right items for a GF treat for friends.

jazz & seating to face a wall for studying✨👍orange macaron (x3 larger than normal, good price), banana latte, avocado melt (homemade sourdough) & cheddar biscuit. tiny panini rec: significantly more goat cheese & pesto, very subtle taste (tbh... would like x3, will ask to pay for extra)

We were excited to try this place, but our experience with the staff was very disappointing. When we asked about available items, there was no one else in line, and the staff member showed us some options. However, when we asked about specific items, we were dismissed.

We decided to try a couple of things and asked to have them prepared. While we were waiting, another customer walked in and the staff member immediately helped them instead. After a few more minutes with little acknowledgment, we left.

We did not feel valued as customers, and unfortunately, we will be choosing to spend our money elsewhere.

My husband and I stopped for breakfast and coffee on a Saturday morning. He got a blueberry muffin and I ordered a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was soft, delicious, and large enough to share, and he reported that his muffin was delicious. I ordered a macchiato and he ordered a latte. Neither of us was happy with our coffee, but the kind cashier who helped us did caution us that the drinks are more traditional and not like other popular coffee shops. The coffee was not bitter even in this concentrated form, and I am sure that, made into a drink more to my taste, it would be delicious. She was patient answering our questions and allowed us time to make our choices. We chose poorly- not their fault.

My girlfriend is gluten free (she is allergic) and said this to the employee.

She ordered a gluten free cookie cookie today.

When she bit the cookie, she thought it tasted weird and she went back to the counter to double check if it’s actually gluten free.

It was a gluten cookie!
The employee gave her the wrong cookie.

My girlfriend is now sick.

For a bakery that specializes in gluten free options, you have to be careful. This is unsafe. The health of customers matter - especially people with allergies!

Please train your employees better and please be more careful when helping customers who have allergies in the future.
