Second time I have visited the East Blvd location- and the last. The young Staff is unorganized and unfriendly, and my croissant was so dry it felt like eating paper. The whole sandwich was a total let down! The other locations are just as pitiful- I’ve visited NoDa several times and Elizabeth. Wrong order delivered to me, unfriendly young staff, always out of stock of chips, bread varieties- and overpriced for lackluster food …this is what happens when you go from one great restaurant to expansion to franchises all over the city . You loose everything that made your place great!

One of my favorite spots!! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They go out of their way to help. Shout out to Abigail today for making my lunch perfect and special as always. Could not recommend this place more! 10/10 ✨🫶🧚💚

What a charming spot. The moment I stepped inside, the scent of fresh baked goods wrapped around me like a warm hug. It instantly set the tone for a cozy and welcoming visit. The team here has a calm and friendly energy, and you can tell they love what they do.
Every bite tasted like it came straight from someone’s home kitchen. The bread and pastries felt thoughtfully made, soft on the inside with that perfect delicate finish. I ordered an English muffin and it was nothing like the usual kind you buy at the store. It was thick, pillowy, warm, and had the kind of texture that makes you pause and appreciate the moment. A true treat for anyone who loves comforting baked goodness.
We also enjoyed an avocado sandwich packed with fresh flavors. The creamy avocado, rich cheese, and earthy pesto all came together on that freshly baked bread. It disappeared in moments, which says everything. The bacon, egg, and cheese was another winner, generous and satisfying with every bite.
The coffee was bold and smooth, the kind that wakes you up in the best way and pairs beautifully with everything on the table. My cappuccino was foamy, warm, and just what a morning deserves.
The space has a homey charm that makes you want to stay a little longer. Even during a busy morning, everything flowed with ease and the team took care of everyone with patience and a smile. It feels like a place that becomes part of your routine once you visit.
I already know I will be returning to enjoy more of those sweet treats and the cozy atmosphere. A place full of heart, warmth, and flavors that linger long after you leave.

Went for gluten free items. Was out of all but a single muffin and brownies.
Do not text me free butter roll and look at me like I'm stupid when I walk in there asking for my free butter roll

The service was good and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the food quality and variety were lacking, the display case was almost empty. The café interior also needs better cleaning; there were bread crumbs under most of the tables and the overall space felt untidy.

The staff are always so nice and helpful at this location and the drinks are always amazing! I used to love coming here, but I do not as often anymore because the wifi never works. As a student, I would love to be able to come here more and study.

** edited below. I go here a lot and I enjoy their GF scones and occasional cupcake. I wish they had GF bread as the sandwich options look delicious. There really isn't a great GF lunch item other than a salad which is good but small.
The coffee cake I bought for a brunch got great reviews.
I'd go 3 stars but the service can be iffy. And they are out of chai tea more often than they have it. The chai doesn't bother me as much as the service, which can be SLOW and sometimes, unfriendly :/
Edited: GOOD GRIEF. I had to remind the people to make my drink as they scrolled their phones, the muffins are doughy and gross in the middle and with no other GF options… I won’t try *again*. I’m done with this place. So sad. So convenient, in theory.
