This is one of the best restaurants in Charlotte. I'm a big fan of dumplings/dim sum and have been sad at the lack of good options to satisfy that craving. This is it. The dumplings are outstanding, I ordered the Veggie dumpling and the Ma La Xiao Long Bao for delivery. Both were delicious but the Xiao Long Bao were unreal. So delicious that we ended up immediately doordashing more! I cannot wait to try more dishes here and come to the shop in person. For those who are looking for general tsos, this is authentic style Chinese, you will not find the Americanized versions here. SO GOOD!!!

Food was yummy especially the braised beef soup very tender! The pricing and quantity is very generous. Will be coming back to try their other dishes. Also place is stupid clean!

I live in LoSo, and recently there's been a lot of restaurants popping up that I'm always excited to try! I was walking on the rail trail when I noticed this place and decided I would stop in just to check out the menu. Few days later came back to actually order! When you walk in, there's a tablet kiosk that you can order from and grab a table tent if you're dining in. They also seem to have a really easy pick up order system set up and you can order ahead online. My partner and I got the Ma-La wontons (you can also choose between spicy/non-spicy; we got the spicy ones), dumpling flight, mini sausages, and a side of rice. The rice was mainly to help if the wontons were super spicy, which they were not! The dumplings were very delicious and the SAUCE!!! The cilantro garlic sauce was so good. It took the dumplings from good to great. They came with the dumpling flight and then additional sauces were $1 per sauce. My favorites were the veggie and the beef & carrots. The mini sausages were good, but not a favorite. The rice was perfect and easy to pick up with chopsticks. A very casual spot overall! There's nice art on the walls, it's clean, and the people working there seemed nice. I recommend it! Excited to go back and try some of the noodle dishes.

Had Dan Dan Noodles. What I got was essentially what you can buy at the store for PF Chang's take home version in size and taste and cost me double.

Very good authentic food that brought me back to my travels in Asia. Don't expect some express Chinese takeout flavors. This is the real deal, complex and awesome. I got medium heat on items and eat pretty spicy food but the heat came on strong and then left. Perfect for me but may be too intense for some. Can't wait till he has its own location.

The space they operate out of calls itself a "virtual food hall". Having ordered online, I found my food waiting for me on a rack. A couple of spartan tables were open nearby, but there was nary a soul in sight apart from other people picking up their food. A console did allow one to order here if you didn't have the appropriate takeout app. You could leave a tip, but I don't know what for. Having simply exchanged money for food, however, I certainly got what I wanted.Their dumplings were splendid with the veggie ones being dyed green, and came with numerous sauce options. Black bean was a good choice, but I wished I could have had all the sauced. What they called hot and dry noodles had a peanut paste (which does indeed dry the mouth) but also some delicious spices and some bits of pickled greens that made for a more interesting taste experience. My shredded tofu also came with bits of carrots and cucumber, and the ma la sauce they delivered, which is spicy but also numbs the mouth a bit, was as advertised. My plan was to save the tofu for last (hard to really evaluate the taste of the other options when your mouth is numb), but I ended up going back for a second round on all of the above, while still having plenty of leftovers. Some options were labeled as vegan. It was a small menu, and a limited operation, but they produced quality food.

Everything is always delicious. I haven't had a bad experience yet. My favorite item is the spicy dried pepper chicken with rice
