Great food, drinks, a little loud with an old 80s journey concert playing on the big screen. Queso was excellent and chicken fajitas large- was excellent - loved it - we got in early and and it was packed when we left - it's a must if you are in town
It was our first time here, and this place didn't disappoint at all. Our server Natalie was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was also delicious and came out perfectly. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back! :)
My friends and I arrived for our 6:45 reservation only to be seated at 7:20. I'm not sure what the point of a reservation is if it is not honored, I can understand a few minutes but over a half an hour is excessive. The food was OK, I got the mole enchiladas and the mole sauce was perhaps a bit too sweet for me. Our server Grace was amazing. I probably don't need to put Superica on my rotation list.
The food was very good and the presentation was excellent. You need to consider your choices carefully if you don't like spicy food. Everything that we ordered except the fundido with spinach and mushrooms was spicy. Our server was excellent and very knowledgeable. She said that she goes by Z. She was willing to go to the kitchen to check on ingredients since I am vegetarian. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
The food was good, and the service was good. My biggest complaint was the noise level of the Fleetwood mac concert playing on the big screen. I have seen Fleetwood Mac live in concert, and their volume was 10 decibels lower than the restaurant's volume. I could not hear my kids talking and they could not hear me. I made a comment to the server, and he agreed with me, said he had already made a (futile) request to get the volume lowered, to no avail. Unsure if we will visit again, but the food was good.
Superica is an absolute favorite. From the chips/salsa to the apps to the food. Some of my personal favorite steak fajitas in Charlotte, you will pay way too much for them, but totally worth it every once in a while. It's a bit on the louder side of restaurants in the evenings here, hard to have 1-1 conversation. But still will be returning many times in the future!
Food was flavored to perfection however it was cold (soap was extremely cold not sure how that's possible). Ambience was excellent and the only reason I didn't give one star. Not the servers fault so we didn't complain, tipped 18% and moved on!
Food was delicious and the service was great but make sure to bring your flashlight because the black text on the red background was impossible to read and my group is all in their 20's with 20/20 vision, lol! Other than that we had a great time. The ambiance was great with it being lively but not too loud that you couldn't hear the group.
First time visit, average experience, server not very attentive, large amount of plates, glasses left on table as other items arrive, just not a super great experience. Food was above average.
Our waiter Jacob was incredible! He took great care of us. We were celebrating my birthday and he gave me a card at the end. The fajitas were delicious as usual! The melted garlic butter is where it's at!

Service and food were great! Delicious lower priced cocktails. Highly recommend the ginger margarita. Drinks were definitely slow 20 minutes or so but besides that highly recommend Superica. Waiter Jose was great and very kind.
Foos and drinks were great. Smaller menu so it's not overwhelming. The server and manager acknowledged my friend's birthday & brought her flowers for the table.
Natalie was our server and she took great care of us. She guided us to the chicken Fajitas which were phenomenal and came out perfectly sizzling with buttery house-made tortillas. Yum! Natalie was attentive and friendly with a big smile which made our night. The restaurant is clearly well managed as everyone worked together like a well-oiled machine. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed everything about the ambience along with the unseasonably cool weather for August. We remember the massive water tower on the patio back in the day when the building housed the Old Spaghetti Warehouse (so, you know we're old timers 😂). Only suggestion would be to add some small outdoor pillows for back support on the yellow sling chairs. Anyway, great food and be sure to ask for Natalie if you need a ray of sunshine to brighten your day.
Just stopped by for an appetizer and a couple drinks. Can't wait to come back for a full meal.

I truly hate that I have to write this, as this has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I stopped in during lunch to enjoy one of my go-to meals, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected.
While waiting at the bar, a roach crawled onto the counter. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I quietly alerted the bar staff, who cleaned it up after I had to kill it myself. After that, I completely lost my appetite and asked to close out my tab.
What disappointed me even more was that no discount or acknowledgment was offered for the inconvenience. When I asked if management had been notified, I was told they had—but nothing was done. I paid left a 15% tip and went about my day.
This was a clear example of poor customer service, and it’s unfortunate considering how much I’ve enjoyed this place in the past.
This will now be in the hands of the health department to handle.
