I’ve never ever gotten a smile from any of these people. They look at you like you are annoying them for shopping there 🙄. Not coming back here anymore. I just don’t know what their problem is. Very crappy customer service with an attitude.

Very bad experience to start with was the huge cockroach on the floor, the waitresses saw it and did not do anything to lift it up, dirty salt shakers, tasteless food, bad seasoning, waitresses with bad attitude towards the customer, the truth is I do not recommend that establishment to eat in a few words a disgust??

La atención es muy mala en la área del restaurante…. La actitud más que todo es arrogante

I just went to buy a simple broom, they charged me for it at 17 and the marked price is 7. I came back and they didn't want to acknowledge my change. The only thing they told me was that I would have asked for the receipt. Very bad service. The receipt is given if or if they don't have it. Why ask yourself if one of them removes it or not, it's not the first time they charge you badly all the time apart from the fact that they all have an ugly way there, now one goes to buy out of necessity

Terrible service from the waitresses, they are very rude

I can't speak for all the employees but at least the women who run that business have a terrible and rude attitude; it seems that one is going to ask for credit or for free. A more polite attitude would demonstrate better service. If you send money not even a good morning gives you a smile it also makes a customer feel special. I went to breakfast and the girl who was busy told me to wait for me because she couldn't serve me. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

Those cashiers are not friendly, the truth is that this place leaves a lot to be desired, the workers have to be attentive, but those women are boring.

If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star, it would be better to close this place or hire other staff, some girls saying how poor this place is and giving bad looks to the nacas people who are a pity, it's too bad that they have very bad staff here, they think they're a big deal and how ugly they are. Otherwise the products and everything are very good but the staff is very bad

First and probably the only time I'll go to be honest. The sanitation score was a 90 hopefully it's improved since then. It was an all woman staff and only men customers when we went in. You must speak Spanish to order here even then I still had some difficulty ordering. We got a bunch of stuff to try. The al pastor torta was a massive flavorful meaty explosion, it was definitely worth every penny. Filled with meat and all the toppings. The Jugo de melón/cantaloupe was delicious very refreshing not overly sweet. The Taco al pastor was good but lacked flavor but did have a good amount of filling and they used fresh tortillas. The Tostada was big lots of beans meat toppings only so I was surprised when they only put one slice of tomato on it. It had a good flavor but was a little salty (but I'm not big on salt). The Popusa wasn't really good it didn't have enough cheese but it was served lava hot. Asked for a side of refried beans ended up w a point of beans which weren't good. Ladies were nice did was made to order but was fast. Price was a pretty good bang for your buck but meh not impressed.

The restaurant's hygiene leaves something to be desired. The food is decent. I asked a waitress for a piece of lemon and she never brought it to me. The service in general needs to improve.
