Tried SupperClub for the first time during Charlotte restaurant week. My table had the spinach dip, clams, salmon and spinach and steak frites. The food was excellent and so was the service. The food was a little slow to arrive, but the atmosphere was busy so the wait wasn't too bad. Seating was very comfortable as well. We didn't try the bowling or other games but will definitely go back to try those as well. I can imagine having a birthday party or other event here for a small group. Highly recommend!

The wait time for the food, at every course, was excessive. First course came out 10 mins apart so the first person was done before the second even started. It was almost an hour before we got our main course. Restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure what the issue was

The servicewas poor. I don't think the waiter was ever trained. The food was mediocre at best. The venue was fine, but they don't have blinds for the windows, so we did have to move once the sun started to come in the windows. I think they're better options in Charlotte to eat than SupperCub.

The food was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with care and attention to quality. Unfortunately, the service experience fell short of expectations. While our servers were courteous and pleasant, they appeared confused and disorganized throughout our visit. Most concerning was the wait time - we waited over an hour for our meal despite being the only customers in the restaurant. This lengthy delay seemed excessive given the lack of other diners and suggests some operational challenges in the kitchen or communication issues between staff. The culinary team deserves recognition for delivering excellent food quality. However, the restaurant would benefit from addressing the service coordination and timing issues to create a more consistent overall dining experience that matches the quality of their cuisine. Would consider returning to try the food again, hoping the service aspects improve with time.

Had a great brunch here! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the service was excellent—super friendly and attentive. The food was really good and came out fresh and hot. Only downside was the parking—it was a bit hectic, so plan ahead. Overall, definitely worth the visit!

The menu on the website definitely does not match what was available to eat for brunch. There was not a lot of food choices in my range. Bacon was really greasy. There were no desserts and the food was just subpar. Our waiter was a delight he was just very fantastic so we didn't complain. I was just really disappointed with the buffet. I should've ordered off the menu.

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was the perfect place to do so. The food and service were great. We never felt rushed and got to enjoy our time.
The location is really cool, the layout of the restaurant was nice. The service was ok, the food was ok, the most helpful staff was the hostess. We came for brunch, the several of times that I went up to get food they were out of 3-4 items on the buffet. And it ranged from cold, to hot to dessert items. That is a lot especially since they don't have as much as one would think. There Instagram video is very clever...looks like tons of food. Nope, just great video graphing. The bartender was not very pleasant. She seemed as though we were inconveniencing her when we asked for drinks. She made them wrong, and I still chose to buy them because I felt bad for her. This is only a few of the things that went wrong. All in all, this will be a one time deal for my group of 5. Wont be recommending it to anyone else as well....

Sunday brunch was pretty good. Lots of food - not a huge variety for brunch, but lots of it. The fruit was fresh, the cheese tasted good, but the poorly balance cheese board meant using two hands to cut a piece, the meatballs we salty, the salmon was great and the desserts were very good.

Overpriced and over hyped. Not worth the price. Charlotte and South End is taking advantage of its residents and visitors it's definitely not Miami, NYC or LA! Food left out cold, dry, hard bread, and not even plain black coffee included in the price.

Ooook, I had been waiting to visit this place and the reservation availability was just nutty. Finally!! I was able to book an after church service brunch for my wife and I and my family visiting from out of town....table for 8 please! Right!? Wrong!! Let me just say the ambiance of the place is def more GenZ, not so much for baby boomers. Nice, though. The food was just ok. Now, I will preface my statement by saying that I cook, and very well. So, my palate is going to be a bit more critical. If you are not a pork connoisseur, then you will find it very difficult. seafood bar was ok, shrimp were mushy, clams were not fresh....its like they were afraid to serve the food!! I ask for chicken (which seem to be over fried in old grease), and I was offered a small slither. The salmon was good. Best part of the whole meal were the warm, home made chocolate chip cookies. Then, came the bill....def overpriced for buffet food. I don't think I will be returning. People over sell in online reviews....approach with caution. Waitress was very nice and responsive!
