I came for my birthday/bridal shower for brunch. You pay ahead of time. I paid for 12 people. Two did not attend and I asked the manager could I be reimbursed or receive a credit for the two individuals that did not attend. The manager who could barely form a sentence without saying “ummm” , or making eye contact , had poor communication skills, stated he had already lost money because he had to turn people away due to our large party. He asked if we could fit 10 people at one table and that if we could, he would think about it. While leaving I asked the other manager and he said he could give a credit. He returned with the manager that I spoke to earlier, who then said “no sorry we won’t be doing that.” Not only was it unprofessional but it could have clearly been done and he chose not to. I didn’t appreciate being told one thing and then told something else by another. As someone who has been to Supperland multiple times and raved about it to others, this situation left me sour and I am not sure if I will return or recommend it moving forward due to poor management.

Brunch is great but come hungry. At $65+pp (beverages not included) it was a bit expensive for my appetite. However, all of the options were tasty, delightfully displayed, and main courses made fresh. Lots of classic southern dishes with a modern touch.
Parking: Do not try to park at Harris Teeter. Towing is enforced. Paid street parking or paid lots are available 1 block away.
Kid-friendliness: Kids can enjoy the buffet for $25

Absolutely phenomenal! Supperland is an exceptional dining experience. Stellar professional service with great attention to detail. The beautiful ambiance and outstanding cuisine enlivens the senses. Roasted oysters appetizer is a must, winter salad with burrata is delicious. The wood fired USDA Prime Ribeye & ultra-premium poulet rouge ( a very flavorful heirloom chicken that only the finest restaurants feature), bone marrow roasted broccoli & creamed spinach are all are world class. The s'mores dessert with ember ice cream & mini pretzels was one of best desserts we have ever had! The reasonably priced wine selection and perfectly prepared cocktails only add to the experience. This unique restaurant concept exceeds on every level. Very memorable and worthy of kudos to the ownership and management. We have only one regret...not ordering the Wagyu steak. But, I see this happening in the very near future! We highly recommend.
We came for dinner tonight and everything was wonderful. Juan was an amazing attentive server. The other employees were warm and welcoming as well. Ribeye was cooked to perfection! We travel to Charlotte for weeks at a time for work and will be coming back next month.
We have had a difficult time with the food scene in Charlotte and have tried numerous restaurants in the past 8 months and by far Supperland has topped them all. Juan, the cooks, and staff deserve a raise. Thank you for a wonderful experience and dinner!
