What a lovely experience we had here. We celebrated our anniversary and from the start they went out of their way to make us feel special. We got a little card from the restaurant wishing us a happy anniversary. We decided to get a bottle of wine, and the Sommelier was in the house that night and came over and extensively talked to us about the wine choices, and ended up helping us choose such a delicious bottle. It was so fun to be able to use that service. The food was so incredible. For start, we got the roasted oysters (absolutely delicious) and the 7 layer salad (crisp and refreshing, but could have used a little bit more dressing but still very yummy). For our meal, we got the pork shank that was on special and the poulet rouge. Our sides were the Mac and Cheese, mushroom risotto, and the Brussels. Everything was soooo incredible! The sauce on the chicken was delicious, the Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful, the pork shank was so rich and had a delicious dark gravy on it. We stuffed ourselves so full and savored every single bite. For dessert we got the mud pie and they also brought out some cute little macarons for our anniversary. Delicious as well! The service was incredible and we never had to wait for anything. The food came quickly and they were always on top of changing our plates and silverware. Our water cups were always full and we got continuous top offs of our wine. Everyone was extremely nice. It was just so lovely.Highly recommend if you want a fancy night out. I truly feel that it was well worth the money. Thanks again!

**Positives:**1. **Ambiance:** The restaurant was described as beautiful, which contributes positively to the overall dining experience.2. **Service:** The service was exceptional, indicating that the staff was attentive and courteous.**Appetizers:**1. The appetizers received high praise, particularly the oysters, which were described as amazing by multiple diners.**Negatives:**1. **Main Course (Ribeye):** Unfortunately, the main course did not meet expectations. The ribeye was described as tough and of poor quality, resembling more of a New York strip than a ribeye.2. **Dessert:** Similarly, the dessert offerings fell short. The bread pudding was extremely dry, and the chocolate chip cookies were deemed inedible. It's noted that sometimes simplicity is better, as evidenced by the excellent Mile High Mud Pie.**Overall Impression:**Despite the positive aspects of the restaurant's ambiance and service, the disappointing quality of the main course and desserts led to a lackluster dining experience. Additionally, the restaurant did not live up to the high expectations set by its reputation, leaving diners feeling unsatisfied.**Recommendations for Improvement:**1. **Quality Control:** Ensure consistency in the quality of food, particularly with regards to the main courses.2. **Menu Selection:** Consider refining the dessert menu and focusing on offering a smaller selection of high-quality, well-executed options rather than a wider variety that may not meet expectations.3. **Customer Expectations:** Manage customer expectations by ensuring that the restaurant's reputation aligns with the actual dining experience.Overall, while the restaurant had some notable strengths, there are areas for improvement to ensure a more consistent and satisfying dining experience for customers.

We came here for the Branzino but they were sold out! We were NOT disappointed with the back up options we chose. The menu is family-style; the portions are for about 2 hungry people to share. We ordered the soft crab appetizer to share. My sister had the Pot Roast and I ordered the Roasted Poulet Rouge. We shared one order of the Mac and cheese and Brussels. The Soft Crab appetizer was well-balanced: the crab batter had a nice crunch to it however it was a tad salty for my taste. THE GREEN SAUCE WAS DELICIOUS!The Pot Roast was good and tender and flavorful. The pickled veggies complimented the beef very well! It came in a pot with a top that the server removed at the table— it’s a whole experience! The chicken was moist and flavorful. I loved the Lima beans and what tasted like a salsa! It’s a generous helping and, with sides, could be shareable. The Mac and cheese was different and good but not your traditional Mac.The Brussel sprouts were AMAZING! A must-order!We don’t order a dessert but they brought out homemade cookies for my sister’s birthday!Janel, our server, was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu! She explained that they only order a set number of items per day so if you want your favorites you should make an early reservation. (Ours was at 8:45 pm on a Thursday.)We will definitely be back! And we will make an early reservation to ensure we get to try to branzino!

Always fun to eat here. Love it and I keep going back. The place used to be a church people, so eating here gets you one step closer to making it in heaven especially after tasting their food. ???Parking: For this location, would be nice to get valet.Kid-friendliness: Very cool place to dine with family and the kids.

Really wanted to love our experience here based on how highly recommend the restaurant is in the Charlotte area however left feeling very disappointed in the food and service for the price. The space is beautiful but the atmosphere is too busy and very difficult to enjoy a conversation over dinner. It felt more like dining in a cafeteria.Bar beverages were quickly available and the general beverage service was great. We ordered a variety of food and were not impressed by the Mac n cheese and found it to be flavorless. The pot roast was good but not great. The best thing we ordered was the Brussels sprouts. My main complaint was the service at the end of the visit. Typically at restaurants of similar quality I would expect the server to help package any remaining food into to go containers and remove the plates. I have no issue packing my own to go containers, however for the level of service we expected for the price this was lacking. There was also an issue with my card and the moment the server decided to announce this to the table was the exact moment my husband was waiting to blow out his birthday candle. The timing was poor and embarrassing to say the least. All in all, I would still give it another chance and hope for the experience I expected from dining here.Parking: Had to walk a few blocks to find street parking.

There has been so much hype around Supperland, I wonder if I walked in with too high of expectations. The ambience is beautiful, the sides were delicious, but ultimately, we were disappointed with the actual entrées themselves. For this price point, the entrées didn't feel like they were anything unique or special, and even though the dishes came out as they were ready, some of them were not hot, in the sense that they were just prepared. Definitely worth trying, but won't be one of our go to's.
