...not the best experience...the yogurt was OK but wayyy sweet.. we had never been there before and the guy working clearly didn't want to be there... he didn't really let us know the process of paying first even after i said twice that we had never been here..he didn't accept the coupon that got us to go in the first place, and said they do NOT do samples.. It was just really backwards and weird.. ended up paying over $22 for froyo we didn't finish or care for and the experience was just so stale. also all the tables inside and outside were so sticky, so be prepared to wipe things down yourself..I won't be going back

So we showed up super early but they were already prepped, had everything ready for service and the owner very sweet and they had amazing service! Amazing quality too.

Been to other sweetFrogs before. This location charged 8.50 flat rate fee for a small and doesn’t let you weigh your amount, before you consider tipping. I don’t even eat more than $5-$6 comfortably when weighed at other locations. They keep the cups behind the counter too which seemed odd as I walked lost looking for them by the bathrooms. The workers were nice enough. If they are going to charge set rates unlike other locations then you might as well give yourself a free refill on the house. Women’s bathroom was also out of order which happens but I saw a few denied entry to share the men’s bathroom which are both single stall single rooms. Odd.

They let kids play in and sneeze all over the toppings and wouldn't issue a refund for not being able to use anything. They weren't even going to say anything about all of the toppings being contaminated nor were they going to change anything out. Hopefully no one brings their grandparents here so they can get sick from random little kids sneezing and playing with the toppings.
As soon as it was 10pm . They asked as to leave immediately because they were close. I couldn't even use the bathroom to wash my hands. I had to drive with stickie hands home. Happened on Mat 29 2025.

Sweet Frog is a solid choice when you're craving frozen yogurt. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly, which makes the experience even better. They offer a great variety of toppings and flavors, so there is something for everyone. The only downside is the price. It feels a little high for the amount you get, especially if you add a lot of toppings. Still, it's a fun place for a treat and worth coming back to.
