Sweet frog is a great place to go if you are craving ice cream. They have a variety of ice cream flavors including lite and gluten free. In addition, every topping you can think of to put on the ice cream. I'm a PB lover, I had Vanilla ice cream with Reese cups, Reese pieces, heath, caramel and PB drizzle. Price went up but it's ok.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly. The kids are amazed by all of the toppings. Nice place to take your kids, nieces, nephews, God kids, grandkids.

I haven’t been to Sweet Frog since before Covid, and after my visit today, I won’t return again. Let’s start with the employee on his phone as we walked in and continued to be while being served. After he explained that you purchase first ( no weighing), we went to fill our cups. The bar of food looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned all day. I was completely grossed out by the fact that the “sneeze guard “ was not really covering anything. After we finished, I asked for a spoon. The cup that they have the spoons in was dirty and when I asked for a clean spoon, I was told that’s all they had. The only reason I didn’t leave was because it was a treat for my daughter. The only positive was that they don’t weigh the yogurt. After Covid, you would think there would be more in place as far as sanitary precautions. NEVER AGAIN!

There is another Sweet frog in Fort Mill, but this one is the better one. Why? It's not by weight, it's one charge for as much as you can fit in your cup. My first time, I thought it was unlimited and made the mistake of trying a little bit for my first time and trying to refill to get a different flavor so I was promptly yelled at, which I didn't appreciate, but that gal doesn't appear to be working there anymore. The staff there now are very friendly, but please, only go up there once...you'll be too full anyway. Great flavor options and really hits the spot on a hot day. It does get crowded in there at times so we prefer to sit outside. They could also get someone to keep up with cleaning the tables bc people are sloppy, but I love this place regardless. Make sure you join their free rewards club.

Inconsiderate parents with children they can't keep up after leave the place in the constant state of disarray. Rude people who don't know the meaning of a trash can, or that believe just because they purchased something it gives them permission to just leave their debris all over the tables and floor.

This establishment has severely gone downhill over the past few years. I came here tonight and witnessed staff on their phones and not paying attention to what was happening at the bar. I witnessed multiple children who were unsupervised reach into the candy with their hands and pick up food. One child did so much as to grab a piece of candy, chew it and spit it back into the container on the bar. After raising awareness to staff and informing them that we would not be finishing our food, the 3 young members of staff thought we were being ridiculous. They informed us that we got ours before those kids came in. I politely informed them that if they weren't watching the bar then, how would I know that it hadn't happened prior to these incidents. No manager was on staff at this time, but was called and gave a full refund for our purchase.

I travel for this frozen yogurt whenever I get cravings for it (specifically Wednesdays), base price for the cup, not weighed after, so you can get as much as you can fit! A lot more flavors + toppings than other locations. The girls up front are nice and helpful + The gospel music always lifts my spirits.
