This was my first visit to this location. I was met with a very pleasant smile and great customer service by the gentlemen behind the counter! After a coupon that I had for my purchase was verified by management, I paid for my treat and left having had a very good experience.
I will patronize this S. Tryon Street location again.

great flavors, perfect for a lil date or to take the kid(s) out to! personally, I like froyo more than ice cream and i love that sweet frog just charges by the cup size rather than the actual weight. lots of topping variety and of course the flavors are plentiful!

Sweet frogs is usually by weight but here they have a flat rate no matter how much you fill. The same standard selection of ice cream and toppings. It was in a nice location, clean.

...not the best experience...the yogurt was OK but wayyy sweet.. we had never been there before and the guy working clearly didn't want to be there... he didn't really let us know the process of paying first even after i said twice that we had never been here..he didn't accept the coupon that got us to go in the first place, and said they do NOT do samples.. It was just really backwards and weird.. ended up paying over $22 for froyo we didn't finish or care for and the experience was just so stale. also all the tables inside and outside were so sticky, so be prepared to wipe things down yourself..I won't be going back

So we showed up super early but they were already prepped, had everything ready for service and the owner very sweet and they had amazing service! Amazing quality too.

Been to other sweetFrogs before. This location charged 8.50 flat rate fee for a small and doesn’t let you weigh your amount, before you consider tipping. I don’t even eat more than $5-$6 comfortably when weighed at other locations. They keep the cups behind the counter too which seemed odd as I walked lost looking for them by the bathrooms. The workers were nice enough. If they are going to charge set rates unlike other locations then you might as well give yourself a free refill on the house. Women’s bathroom was also out of order which happens but I saw a few denied entry to share the men’s bathroom which are both single stall single rooms. Odd.
