Me and my friend were going to sweet frog. And my friend suffers from touretts. While in the store my friend had an episode and some of her tics involve cussing. The employe serving us was very rude about it saying "I don't appreciate you cussing in my store" and even after her father explained her condition the man did not apologize. Witch left me friend very upset. And to make things worse the toppings were obviously expired.

This SweetFrog location has one of the biggest selections of toppings I have seen from a frozen yogurt shop! The customer service was excellent and a definite recommendation if you’re in Carowinds.

This was our first time ever going to a SweetFrog and we sure were impressed!! We were dissapointed that there weren't as many flavors as we expected, but that was okay!! There were toppings galore and the customizable cups let you "pay for what YOU want"!! I really think more places should start using this approach instead of having set-in-stone prices and sizes as they don't allow expression and customization!! After that, you have a whole lotta toppings to choose from including some of our favorites like cheesecake pieces and chocolate shavings!! The fro-yo tasted just like real ice cream!!The only downside for us is that this location priced their fro-yo at 1.19 per ounce which cost us more than $13 for not even a whole cup filled up!!It sure makes for a tasty, rejuvenating treat after riding head-banging coasters such as Vortex and Carolina Cyclone!! Will be back when visiting Carowinds!!
