Sweet Lew’s is a fantastic neighborhood spot. The food is delicious and Lewis and his team offer top notch service. We ordered a smoked turkey from Lew’s for Thanksgiving this year and everyone agreed it’s the best Turkey we’ve ever had.
We ordered Sweet Lews for our family Thanksgiving dinner and it was absolutely delicious! All of my family was happy, the turkey was hot and tasty. The price was right and the service was excellent. I will definitely do this again!
For brisket n turkey plate w pimento cheesey grits and collards. Brisket was mostly dry, not complaining about flavor. Turkey was super dry and decent flavor, but I had to use sauce on both meats bc of the dryness. Collards weren't very flavorful and had some super hard/crunchy bits in them, not sure what that was but almost thought I was going to crack a tooth bc of it. Cheesy grits were FIREEEE. Also both meats and collards weren't hot enough. Atmosphere was chill...
