Very disappointed in your customer service today. I placed an order on 2/9 for 4 servings/orders of the beef Wellington. Today, I received an email asking me to return as a customer bc “it’s been awhile.” There was a 15% code. When I called to see if this could be applied was met with quite an abrupt and rude response that no it could not be applied. They also refused to let me cancel and reorder with the discount applied. Just enjoyed the bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. So incredibly delicious. Last night we had the short ribs, which were tender and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes and spinach paired beautifully with the short ribs for a wonderful gourmet meal. Looking forward to my next order from Table & Twine CLT.
Amazing food, quick & easy delivery. Everything we’ve tried has been super tasty and so well made. The cookie butter banana pudding is one of the most incredible desserts I’ve ever had. Thanks, y’all!
